The hot tub was a real highlight-super clean and well-maintained. We appreciated the daily visits from staff to check everything was in order. "We stayed at this beautiful lodge and loved how spotless it was. The grounds are kept pristine, with groundsmen always making sure everything looks perfect. The hot tub was checked daily, which was great. Its the only dog-friendly place weve found that doesnt show signs of dogs having stayed before - nice touch! Delk, the site warden, was super friendly and really helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The location is easy to find since its just off the A38, but that also means you hear some road noise. Still, wed definitely recommend it!"

The hot tub was a real treat after a long day cycling around the area. Just a heads up, the cottage is quite close to Stansteds flight path, so theres quite a bit of aircraft noise. It didnt bother us too much once we got used to it, but its worth mentioning if youre sensitive to noise. Overall, a great little find!"
