"Lovely caravan, we had a great plot with sea views and close to the facilities. Appreciated the little touch of suppling a tea towel, washing up liquid and sponges. Only thing was it had a few things broken and the bed was very soft. We also had to go buy new pillows as the ones supplied we're too thin. Having said that it has definitely not put us off and can't wait to come back again next year"

"Decent caravan. Very modern and clean on arrival. Nice layout with normal type sofas, although the dining area only had 4 seats for 6 people. The TV was adequate but small."

"Nice clean caravan. Bedrooms very small and very little storage. Great to have two toilets and hot tub great. Some small lamps would have been nice instead of using main lights. No towels provided, this should be stated before booking."

"It would be good to have a mirror in each room and drawers in the other twin room. Lovely lodge and views are beautiful. The hot tub was lovely too. Beds comfy and facilities were good. A pizza cutter would be good in the kitchen & a pizza tray."

"The accommodation was much nicer than it looked in the pictures online and was more spacious too. The rooms are a good size, with a double wardrobe and dressing table area in the main bedroom as well as an en suite. The main bathroom was large and the lounge area was also a very good size. The decking went around the side of the caravan and was big as well as clean and had a nice table and chairs."

"Ladram bay is a beautiful place to have a holiday. The view of the sea is stunning. We only visited the restaurant but the food was very tasty, bit pricey but you got a big portion size. The caravan we stayed in had a great view of the sea and the size was adequate for 2. It couldve been cleaned better though as there was hair in the bathroom and food on the kitchen floor. The walk down to the pebble beach is a little steep but the ice cream and view more than made up for it. We'll definitely be back."

"Lovely caravan with great sea views. Although the caravan was pet friendly we didnt have a pet but it was so clean you wouldnt have known there were pets there before. The caravan was bright and airy with everything we needed."

"The bed was worn out the owner should be ashamed of themselves expecting someone to sleep in such a disgusting bed we only managed about 2 to 3 hours sleep per night and both got bad backs"

"The apartment was in the perfect location near to the shop, beach and entertainment complex. It was well furnished with comfortable beds. My only criticism was that the bathroom plumbing might need an overhaul but as the plumbers were working on another apartment the day we left they might already have this in hand!"

"Beautifully clean and tidy site even though it is a large site and is very close to the beach though that is very pebbley and quite painful to walk on, so if you`re after a nice sandy beach then Exmouth is only a short drive away. Saying that, it was nice to have some picnic benches on the beach to enjoy a picnic. Caravan was also spotless with everyday essentials for cooking supplied. Also a welcome pack of a tea towel, washing up sponge and washing up liquid. Beds and sofa were both comfortable and great to have a coffee table in the lounge area too. It was easy to book the use of the swimming pool though you aren`t able to do this until 24 hours before , but at the time we went we didn`t find this to be a problem and managed to swim everyday. You are allocated a full one hour which was perfect. The only criticism I have is that it would be nice to have some basic instructions on how to work the cooker. Ours was electric which I was quite happy with but having turned it on, found there to be no heat coming from it, this in turn tripped the elcetric and although maintenance were quick to come out they couldn`t resolve there and then. It turned out to be you have to turn the timer on, as well as the oven, which seemed odd, in order for the oven to work. Then adjust timer accordingly . We were given some gift vouchers to eat at one of the site food places to compensate but would have preferred money back for where we had eaten the night the cooker failed to work. We didn`t eat in the restaurant so can`t comment on it though fish and chip shop was nice."

"We had one of our best holidays here, the site is perfect for us, we loved the private beach and water sports hire. The pool and splash zone were great. We brought our dog and there were plenty of places to take him for a walk. We drove over to Sidmouth and Exmouth both towns were lovely."
