Date of stay: 10th April 2015
Had a great time, very peaceful location.
We had accommodation with a hot tub.
They advised that the tub is cleaned and refilled after every persons stay, this is great. However we did expect to be able to use the tub on our first night but it takes 9 hours to get up to temperature.
This was very disappointing as we paid for 4 nights expectining to use this facility for the full 4 nights which we paid for.
I didn't complain as there wouldn't be able to rectify, it was just a waiting game for the temperature to rise.
This was the only negative comment I have, maybe they should state this in the information on the website or give a reduction for the first nights stay, you should have access for full facilities offered for every night you have paid for this is why I have given value for money 9.

Date of stay: 6th April 2015
Excellent caravan limited facilities outside of caravan however this suits some people. only downside the fridge was not working informed desk who got someone to check who said they thought it was cold. Didnt seem too bothered but it definately was not working. Otherwise very satisfied.
Caroline
We loved every minute of our stay in Woodbury Woods. The hot tub was brilliant and we made good use of it. They were awaiting some parts for the hot tub which meant some jets weren't working but this didn't spoil our enjoyment. The park is in a rural area and was very quiet but was just what we needed, surrounded by nature. One small criticism is that the castle point accommodation overlooked our hot tub(Estuary View) so didn't feel as private as it could have. Everything was clean and comfortable , bedding , towels and toiletries were supplied and the kitchen was fully equipped. Highly recommend the Chinese takeaway in Woodbury village.
Nicola
