"Our St Helens Coastal Resort review: Really enjoyed it. Hot tub was really good. Only criticism was it seemed to have been installed the wrong way around. So the lid had been cut in half making it a pain to open. Also the step in was on the wrong side so not useable. I think some people would struggle to use it due to these points, but it was working great and clean."
