Hemsby Beach Holiday Park Reviews

"Lovely place to stay"

"No lock on toilet door, I reported but no one come to fix it. Bathtub tap not working, also shower did not work after 2days."

"basic but thats all you need"

"We had a wonderful stay! The place was pristine, super comfy and the hot tub was a real highlight."

"Our Hemsby Beach Holiday Park review: Photos on site, very misleading. Moved to allegedly gold caravan which was more like a standard bronze but I must thank the manager who agreed to moved us."

"We loved the setting, dogs had a fantastic time exploring the fields, really enjoyed our stay!"

"We rented the villa and it is certainly spacious however, the plug trap in the accessible bathroom was completely blocked so the room was flooded when we used it. I managed to clear it myself but should not have had too. Otherwise, the site looks clean and well tended."

"Holiday site has gone down hill since visit last year no longer valve for money and not very good for anyone needing internet as unless you pay out mega money for caravan you no longer get access to WIFI"

"The place was spotless and we really appreciated how clean it was between stays. Definitely recommend!"

"The place offers all the essentials, which is perfect if you're after something simple. We didnt hang around much because of other plans, but it did exactly what we needed, no fuss."

"Really appreciated how tidy and well-kept the place was. It was pretty peaceful most of the time too. Staff were lovely and always ready to help. Would definitely come back!"

"Well maintained site, very clean. Site was also quite quiet most of the time. Staff were very friendly and helpful."

"We stayed here recently and honestly, its a cracking place! The size is impressive and with four TVs plus speedy internet, its perfect for a family getaway. Theyve thought of everything - towels, bedding, washer, toaster, dishwasher - all included. The hot tub was a hit. Only quirks were no tea towel and no hoover, but a quick call sorted the hoover out. Weirdly, they also left a box of matches in the kitchen. Overall, really pleased with our stay!"

"What a place. Its massive. 4 TVs and fast internet. Towels, bedding, washer, toaster and dishwasher all provided. Hot tub lived by family only negatives was no tea towel and no hoover, but a quick call and we had a hoover for an hour. Oddly they gave a box of matches with the welcome bits in the kitchen. But all in all great."

"to big for too people"

"We stayed here and noticed a crack in the ceiling of one bedroom. The twin room had a persistent bad smell for two days, which was a bit off-putting. The dining table and chairs didnt really match the rest of the decor and we discovered our lodge was a former site office, so it wasnt fitted out the same way. For £1100 for a week, we expected better quality, honestly."

"The villa was spotless and spacious, which we really appreciated. The garden could do with a proper tidy, though."

"We loved how spotless the caravan was and it felt just like being at home. Definitely planning to come back again soon!"

"We had a lovely stay in this good place! The location is stunning and super private, perfect for relaxing. The owners were really welcoming and always ready to help without intruding on our privacy. The hot tub was a real highlight after long days out cycling - blissful! A little thing to note, the cottage sits right under Stansteds flight path, so theres quite a bit of aircraft noise. It took us a couple of hours to get used to it, but honestly, it didnt ruin our holiday. Would definitely recommend!"

"Great value, would definitely recommend it!"

"We noticed quite a few changes since our last visit. The blinds replacing curtains look sleek and the new big TV on the wall is a bonus. The heaters seem modern too. Just wish there was a bathroom cabinet for extra storage. Still, pretty good overall!"

"Seats are pretty limited-just a small two-seater, sadly. Seen better days."

"The activities were limited due to the shortage of staff on site. We were here a week before schools broke up so this may be the reason why there were not too many staff perhaps. The climbing wall was limited to one day a week. And the pool kept being closed due to lack of lifeguards. Whereas the children’s club was open at 7.30 each night and was ok, the activities were a bit repetitive but the kids didn’t seem to mind though. One of the entertainment staff was a bit wooden, she would have been more suited to a receptionist or admin rather than kids entertainment. She seemed terrified half the time. Also, Some other residents were noisy after 10 pm which was an issue with sleeping children. The restaurant was overpriced. 4 breakfasts with coffees came to over £45. I asked if drinks and toast were included - but they weren’t. The food quality was poor too. Look at Weatherspoons for how to put on a good breakfast at half your costs."

"Holiday was great but lake of information given for activity’s but I will return again as it was just right for me as a foster parent and children do have lots of issues with noise and crowds of people"

"Site and facilities were great but the beds weren't great"

"It was a great experience all round. Wonderful to see dog friendly really meant dog friendly. Great park great town and great beach"

"staff are very friendly polite and helpful"
