Searles Leisure Resort Reviews

"The accommodations was good, we were given the keys to (Sierra deluxe) caravan which was an upgrade to the one we purchased (Stonewood 4). It has an extra bathroom and an extra bedroom which came in very handy. The caravan itself was in good condition. The one issue we had was that the lock on the bathroom door that had a shower inside was broken, which we reported, unfortunately it was not fixed while we were there.Everything else in the caravan was ok."

"I think the Deluxe Stonewood 4 caravan had been discontinued as it was not on the Searles website, they only had a Stonewood 5. The actual caravan we were given was called a Sierra! Which was one we could have booked so we were not disappointed as the Sierra I feel was a better caravan so feel like we had been upgraded which was lovely. The Caravan was clean and well kept and had laminated floor in the living area which was so much better to keep clean than carpet. It was a superb caravan."

"Good size and well laid out. Could fit a travel cot in the single bedroom. Really clean! decking didnt get much sun unfortunately, so struggled to dry towels etc.Kitchen was very basic"

"Excellent site highly recommend this holiday site ,well run ,very clean ,excellent facilities."

"Our Searles Leisure Resort review: We were glad we chose this caravan particularly as it was so close to the amenities."

"Comfortable, well-equipped, great location"

"The van was spotless and modern, with good heating, plus a lovely sunny balcony. Bathroom was small but decent for the price and the bed was super comfy."

"Really loved the lodge, it was super comfy and well placed."

"Beautiful lodge, very comfortable in great position on site."

"The main bedroom in Rio is lovely, but it really needs to be wider."

"Really enjoyed our stay! The caravan was super clean and modern, just what we needed. WiFi wouldve been the cherry on top, but still a great trip overall."

"Really enjoyed the experience overall."

"Great space, everything we needed was there."

"Really happy with the service"

"Great experience, highly recommend"

"We really enjoyed our stay; the place was modern and spotless, which we loved. The only hiccup was the shower temperature-either freezing or blazing hot, which was a bit frustrating. Still, we'd return!"

"Really enjoyed our stay here."

"From the moment we arrived, it was clear everything was thought of - inside the caravan and outside too. Norfolk has so much to offer and if youre up for a bit of driving, you'll have a great time exploring. For us, it was all about unwinding and watching the world go by from the beach. Lovely break!"

"Really enjoyed our stay, the caravan had everything we needed."

"We booked a Rio caravan but got upgraded to a lovely one upon arrival-such a pleasant surprise! Definitely recommend."

"Really pleased with the space, felt very cosy indeed."

"Really enjoyed it, would definitely return"

"Honestly, we were surprised how spacious the lodge was for just the two of us. The kitchen stuff was a bit tiny-plates and cups, especially for pasta, werent ideal. Still, we had a fantastic break and the weather was gorgeous! Definitely coming back."

"Really happy with it"

"Great caravan, but definitely felt the price hike."

"Really happy with it"

"We really enjoyed our stay. The caravan was spotless and thoughtfully arranged, with lots of comfy seating. The bathroom surprised us with its size - much bigger than expected! The kitchen was fully equipped, making cooking easy. It was fantastic being able to walk to the beach, then pop back for a quick rest or lunch before heading out again. Everythings so close, it made our trip really relaxing and fun!"

"Really enjoyed our stay, but early check-in would have been the cherry on top."

"The caravan was really spacious and nicely equipped, which we loved. The swimming pool was lovely, though it couldve used a few more umbrellas. The only downside was the dirty patio furniture; had to clean it first."

"Very pleased with the van, its just right."

"Came here mon-fri. Staff were welcoming throughout stay. Had a couple of minor issus they were dealt with promptly. Would recommend only thing is can't get in till 5 and out by 9.30. Also can't get on actual site till 2. Think should be able to be on site earlier."

"great place well run and looked after so much to do or as little if you just want to relax"

"Fantastic site, facilities, accommodation, staff. No complaints whatsoever."

"The park is clean and well kept the caravan’s are very close together.not far to walk to sea front and Hunstanton."

"Was an absolutely lovely holiday all round"

"Would go back again very good experience"

"We have enjoyed coming to you for years with our own children and this year we enjoyed it with our granddaughter thank you.
Only issue we had was the late check in I understand the is more care needs to be taken with cleaning now but when you know your accommodation is ready and your just hanging around it becomes frustrating and not the best way to start your holiday."

"great accommodation and site"

"Fantastic resort and excellent location right by the beach, fair and shops. We have a toddler and baby twins and there was so much for them to do. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful, especially the pool staff. Caravan clean and spacious. The only downside was the splash pool was closed for 2 of the days of our stay due to an unforeseen maintenance issue. Nobodies fault but it was our young sons favourite activity."

"I was on holiday with my elderly Mum and adult niece who has down syndrome. The Lodge was very quiet and private and spacious. The resort staff were very kind and helpful. We were blessed with wall to wall sunshine so we were able to take advantage of the outside pool which is lovely. We did find the food was a little basic and costly but went into Heacham and had a lovely meal. We have been before in a caravan and will return but only in a lodge as it was so open and airy."
