Belan Bach Lodges Reviews

"We had a wonderful stay at the cottage in Wales! The location was peaceful and surrounded by stunning nature the perfect escape from the city. The house was cozy, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making us feel right at home. We especially enjoyed the evenings by the fireplace and morning walks in the nearby hills. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing countryside getaway!"

"We really enjoyed our stay here! The lodge was easy to find thanks to the detailed notes and the location was stunning. Weather was a bit tricky, but it didnt spoil our trip at all."

"Would definitely return. Lovely remote area. We found the lodge well with the detailed travel notes sent. Better weather would make attractions more accessible in the area but didn't detract out stay."

"Amazing lodge. Had everything we needed. Was very clean and easy to access. Would defo recommend and will be coming back soon."

"Really pleased with our purchase, its exactly what we needed and the price was spot on. Tried reaching the owner about the hottub but no luck, maybe an old number? Still, happy overall!"

"Really enjoyed our stay, it was so relaxing and well worth it."

"Really enjoyed our stay, the hot tub was fantastic, just a tiny outside fix needed."

"Absolutely loved our stay at The Derwen. The lodge had everything we needed and the hot tub was so relaxing. Views are stunning!"

"Overall, we had a lovely stay. The lodge was warm and comfortable, perfect for a chilly December. The main door was a little warped-probably due to where its placed-but it didnt cause any real trouble. Some windows didnt shut quite right, but again, it wasnt a problem with the weather being mild. Still, if it had been colder, it mightve been a different story!"

"Absolutely loved the experience here."

"Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The lodges were lovely, though a couple of small upgrades wouldnt hurt. Still, it didnt spoil our trip at all!"

"We really enjoyed our weekend getaway, it was such a nice break from everyday life. The cabin had a bit of a vintage vibe, which we liked, though it could do with some updating. The main door was a bit stubborn and the water smell from the taps was a bit off-putting, but honestly, those were minor issues compared to how much we loved the place. Wed definitely go back!"

"Great place to unwind, loads of activities, really enjoyed our stay!"

"Very comfortable lodge, felt like a home away from home."

"We had such a lovely time, the scenery was truly stunning!"

"We loved the cabin! It had everything we needed, was super comfy and perfect for our group of six adults."

"Everything was perfect! We couldnt have asked for a better experience. Everything went smoothly and we were really pleased with how everything turned out. Highly recommend them!"

"It was our second visit so we knew what to expect, it's so peaceful there. We will definatly go again!"

"Lovely relaxing break with family, lodge was clean and beds comfortable, however it is looking tired and in need of a refresh especially decking area"

"Lodge was lovely, if a little small for 3 adults & 1 toddler.
Has all essential things including towels.
Beautiful views of countryside & animals.
Hot tub not really secluded so it didn't get used."

"Celyn Lodge is dated and a little tired, it is not the lodge interior on the picture do if you are hoping for a fresh modern feel, you won't get it. Having said that, the stained pine interior gives it a rustic charm and feels cozy. The bed was comfortable, the Lodge well equipped, and clean. We had no issues with the Hot Tub. The outstanding feature is the peace and quiet, other lodges being at least 20ft apart and plenty of privacy with trees and hedging and the stunning view over the valley. If we are back in this area again, I would definitely return to Belen Bach Lodges again."

"great location lodge was very clean and tidy and well spaced out for 6 occupants, only downfall was having to check out by 9am could of done with it being a little later not easy getting kids up dressed and fed so early."

"An amazing holiday in such a beautiful quiet place. We stayed in the Onnen lodge and would go back to this cabin."

"Excellent, peaceful and tranquil. Perfectly located for a peaceful break away. Nice location for exploring in either direction for places such as the Elan Valley, Devil's bridge which is a nice drive and provides a nice out. Equally if you want to stay on site you have a nice setting and views to relax."

"Our 2nd visit and what a time we had!

If you are into a 'bumping' social life this is NOT the place for you.

Beautiful surroundings, peace and quite and lots of wild life.

No matter what the temperature the hot tub was like a warm blanket, looking forward to the next visit."

"We just had a wonderful stay. It’s a shame there aren’t more photos to see before you go because the lodge is awesome and the surroundings just stunning. It was spotlessly clean and so well equipped with what we needed especially in the kitchen. I highly recommend Belan Bach to anyone looking for peace and quiet, beautiful surroundings and easy travel to enough activities to keep you happy and entertained. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!"

"the owners were great. The lodge was clean and homely. Hot tub was ready on arrival. If anything could have been better it would be the check in and out times. Perfect setting. Thank you."
