"We stayed here in February and honestly, the whole experience was lovely. The lodge was spotless and really cosy, which made our stay even better. The kids had a blast watching the sheep grazing in the field every morning and the cats wandering by the windows added a nice touch of charm. Jen was super friendly and gave us some top tips for things to do in York. The location was perfect, just a short bus ride to the designer outlet and buses came quite frequently. The hot tub was a real highlight-so clean and perfect for unwinding. Wed definitely recommend it!"

"We stayed here in February, the site was reallyLovely and the lodge was clean and tidy. The kids loved seeing the sheep in the field every morning and the cats that would come by the windows too. Jen was really lovely and friendly and told us lots of lovely places to try while we were in York. York itself was short bus away from the designer outlet and they came very often. Overall we absolutely loved the lodge and the hot tub was beautifully clean and so relaxing, we also loved York itself, its definitely worth a trip"

"We just got back from an amazing week at Home Farm and honestly, it was fantastic. The cabin had everything we needed for a proper chill-out and the hot tub was such a treat - kept spotless every day, by the way. The beds and sofas were super comfy, making it easy to relax after days out. We loved cooking there too, with all the equipment and a barbecue on the veranda. Jen, the owner, was lovely and really knew her stuff about the area, always up for a chat. The wildlife was quite enchanting and catching a bus into York was a breeze. Cant wait to come back soon, it was just a lovely time. Thanks again, Jen!"

"We had a lovely stay overall, but there were a few bits that could be improved. The mattress in the big bedroom was a bit too soft and wobbly, so getting a decent sleep was tricky. A hairdryer and a socket near the mirrors wouldve been handy, especially for drying hair. The kitchen lighting was quite dim - we had to use a torch to read the oven dials! Also, a light on the Willow farm sign would help with directions at night because we kept missing the turn. Still, wed recommend it to friends and family!"

"Honestly, this was one of the quietest getaways weve ever had. The only sounds were birds chirping and cows mooing, which was lovely. We really needed a break and it totally delivered. The views over the lush green fields were beautiful and the bushes right outside the lodge were buzzing with bird activity all day long. The weather was on our side too and once the sun set, the heating kicked in super quickly, warming the place up in no time. The lodge was spotless and fresh, although we did notice the oven pans could do with a quick scrub since they still had some oily residue - not a big deal though. Since we normally stay in caravan park lodges, being quite remote, we felt the price was a bit steep for what you get, so wed say its more mid-range value overall, but definitely worth it for the peace and quiet!"
