The staff were so friendly and welcoming, which made all the difference. We did think itd be nice to have a little basket with tea, coffee and shower gel included, but overall, it was a great experience. Would definitely come back!"

The caravans interiors were comfy and well-maintained, which made our trip even better. Weve stayed at places that werent as tidy, so this was a breath of fresh air. The location was perfect, close enough to everything we wanted to see. All in all, a lovely place to stay and wed definitely come back again!"

"We stayed at this lodge recently and it really felt brand new! The space was generous and stylish, with a lovely bath that was a nice surprise. The bed and sofas were super comfy and there was plenty of storage. The fridge freezer was a good size too. The washing machine and dishwasher werent mentioned beforehand, which was a bit of a letdown - we wish wed known so we could bring some cleaning stuff. Still, overall, wed happily come back. Highly recommended!"

"We recently stayed in the Platinum 2 after enjoying Platinum 3 last time. Its basically the same place but with one less bedroom, which was fine. The place was spotless, modern and had everything we needed. The hot tub was lovely and warm, with nice partial river views from the deck. Wed definitely come back!"

"We had a really lovely stay at this place! Honestly, we were a bit hesitant booking a caravan since I remember staying in them years ago and they being pretty cold. But this one was surprisingly warm and cosy, we didnt need anything extra. It was beautifully decorated and squeaky clean too! We think we might have been the first guests to stay in this particular caravan, which was a bonus. Can't really think of any major downsides, though a blackout blind in the bedroom or a curtain on the door would be handy, but its not a big deal. The hot tub was definitely a highlight and those fairy lights around the fence added a nice cosy touch. My only small grumble is that the fence around the hot tub isnt tall enough for total privacy. When youre getting in and out, you do feel a bit exposed to other guests. Still, wed definitely recommend it and were already planning to come back!"

"We stayed in the pod and found it well-equipped with two hobs, a fridge with a freezer box, microwave, kettle, toaster, plus an iron and board. Everything was spot on except the bed, which wasnt the comfiest. The hot tub was nice, but surrounded by a fence only about 3ft high-more privacy would have been better. Someone had the smart idea to bring a gazebo over it, but we didnt know about that beforehand. Overall, pretty good stay!"

No furniture on the decking which was a shame as the weather was really good.
The hot tub needed screening as very close to neighbours.
However a very good holiday was enjoyed...location excellent."

"The park is very well kept and its nice and quiet. Being fairly new everything looks great. Staff are really nice and welcoming. I would say it's a good 10 - 15 minute walk into Coldsteam if you are a senior as we both are. We were lucky with the weather and got sunshine at the front of the pod all day. There is a picnic bench outside each pod but we took our own folding chairs to sit outside.
There must be hundreds of trees been planted around the site which is encouraging to see and will enhance the site as they grow."

"Our first visit to this area and the holiday park itself. Good location, right next to the town for shops and other amenities. Main road is busy but quietens at night so no issues there. Greeted by friendly staff at reception who were very efficient and pleasant."
