"We had a fantastic stay at this cosy little spot tucked away in a lovely, secluded area. The hosts were super friendly and always available if we needed anything, but kept their distance enough to keep the privacy intact. The hot tub was a real treat after a long day of cycling! One thing to note, the cottage is directly under Stansteds flight path, so theres quite a bit of plane noise. It didnt bother us much once we got used to it, but it might be an issue for light sleepers."

"We had an amazing stay at this lovely cottage, tucked away on a working farm but still super private. The owners, Robert and Sharon, are genuinely lovely and welcoming. The place itself is really spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen and a comfy bed that we didnt want to get out of! The garden is perfect for dogs, fully enclosed, with nice furniture to relax on. There are plenty of walks nearby and Thaxteds restaurants, like The Star and The Maypole, are well worth a visit. Wed definitely recommend it!"

The cottage itself is really lovely - the hot tub was a real treat, especially during the scorching hot days when the water was cooled down, making it super refreshing. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming; it was nice to see them taking their dogs out to the fields daily. No furniture on the decking which was a shame as the weather was really good.
The hot tub needed screening as very close to neighbours.
However a very good holiday was enjoyed...location excellent."

"The park is very well kept and its nice and quiet. Being fairly new everything looks great. Staff are really nice and welcoming. I would say it's a good 10 - 15 minute walk into Coldsteam if you are a senior as we both are. We were lucky with the weather and got sunshine at the front of the pod all day. There is a picnic bench outside each pod but we took our own folding chairs to sit outside.
There must be hundreds of trees been planted around the site which is encouraging to see and will enhance the site as they grow."
