Its true, its near a flight path, but honestly, we didnt mind at all. Great spot for dogs - no fireworks worries here! Beautifully converted and really peaceful. Thanks so much!"

"We had a lovely stay at this cosy spot, tucked away in a peaceful, private setting. The owners were super friendly and always on hand if we needed anything, but we still felt like we had our own space. The hot tub was such a treat after a long day of cycling - pure relaxation! The only thing to note is that the cottage is right under Stansteds flight path, so you do get quite a bit of noise from planes. It didnt bother us much, but its worth mentioning if youre sensitive to noise. Overall, a great place to unwind!"

Rob and Sharon have really put a lot of effort into preserving this historic building and their warm welcome made us feel right at home. Bonnie was adorable too! The place has everything you need for a relaxed stay and the location is perfect for exploring Essexs charming villages and historic spots. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area!"
