The cottage was perfect, just a short walk from the vineyardand the setting was absolutely stunning. We really enjoyed our stay!
Oliver - Jun 2024
This cosy little cottage packs a punch-beautifully decorated and well stocked, it's perfectly placed for exploring. The wine tasting was a lovely bonus. We'd definitely suggest The Grape Escape for couples after a chill, romantic getaway. Absolutely loved it!
Sarah - Oct 2023
We had a lovely stay! The place may be compact, but it's well-equipped and really cosy. Hosts were super attentive without being intrusive. Perfectly situated for exploring nearby villages and the coast. Thanks for a wonderful week in such a gorgeous part of the country!
Alex Turner - Apr 2023
We booked a last-minute two-night stay at The Grape Escapeand honestly, it exceeded our expectations. The place was spotless and beautifully decorated, with a lovely bottle of vineyard wine waiting for us - such a nice touch! The hot tub was totally private yet offered stunning sunset views over the vineyard, which was such a treat. The bed was super comfy, we even noted the name to buy one ourselves! Big thanks to Liz for being so accommodating. We'd definitely recommend it for a relaxing getaway.
James - Jul 2022
We had a lovely time at the cottage! The host was super friendly and really helpful whenever we needed. The location was perfect with stunning viewsand the decor was tastefully done. Would definitely recommend it. Thanks for making our stay so enjoyable!
Harper - Jun 2022
We had a fantastic stay! The cottage's spot is just perfectand we explored loads of the places the owners suggested. Everyone around was so welcoming, which made it even better. The hot tub was a highlight-so relaxing, but do read the instructions or you'll end up boiling! We did have a little mishap on our first night, but overall, everything was comfy, peacefuland stunning. Also, we couldn't resist taking home some of their delicious apple juice-absolutely loved it!
Alex - Mar 2022
We had a lovely stay in this peaceful countryside spot. Despite the weather being a bit dull, relaxing in the hot tub made it all worthwhile. It was just what we needed to unwind. Definitely planning to come back soon!
Emily - Dec 2021
We spent an amazing week at The Grape Escape over Christmas. The location is peaceful and scenic, with loads of interesting spots nearby like castles, beachesand charming towns. There are plenty of pubs within a short drive, including some fantastic gastro offerings. The owner was super friendly, explaining everything clearly and even dropping by with a Christmas gift, which was a lovely touch! The cottage itself is stunning, cosyand thoughtfully decorated, making it a perfect retreat for a relaxing break. We loved it!
