Very welcoming. Had a message from Carol and Peter to let them know when we were 10 mins away so they could show us around. Accommodation very clean with complimentary milk, tea, coffee, sugar and biscuits. Left to enjoy our break but knowing that if needed Carol and Peter were available to contact. Lots of information on hot tub, appliances and places of interest to visit. Lovely countryside and quiet. Would highly recommend this property.
Our fifth visit to ewe two. As always the pod was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. We were blessed with excellent weather and the location made this a lovely relaxing break. Thank you again Carol, hope to be back soon

Yet again another amazing stay. This was our 2nd visit for a mini honeymoon. The accommodation was immaculate, owners are so helpful and even had a little gift with congratulations card as remembered us! The location is perfect as isolated and peaceful. I would highly recommend, and for anybody unsure about a log fired hot tub with no bubbles, honestly they are great!

My partner and I stayed at Ewe Two for a long weekend to celebrate her birthday and we'll definitely be staying again! The property was really easy to find with clear directions given and there's private parking right next to the pods. Carol gave us a warm welcome, showed us around and explained how everything worked. When we first arrived there was no water to the property due to a burst water main nearby, however there was plenty of bottled water left for us and the water came back on the following morning so had very little impact on our stay. Despite it being completely out of her control, Carol was very apologetic and made sure we were looked after during the outage. The pod itself was spotlessly clean, very well equipped with a comfortable bed and beautifully maintained outside space. The location is very private and peaceful, surrounded by farm land and great views. The hot tub is amazing after a day out and is really easy to use. Ewe Two is the perfect getaway and we'd recommend it to absolutely anyone. Thank you so much Carol, we cant wait to come back again! Sam & Lucy x

Fantastic pod , immaculate & well equipped
We were warmly welcomed to this good sized and well equipped pod, which gave a feel simultaneously of seclusion being one of only two pods on the site and being open to an expansive view over fields to the River Dee and the Wirral beyond, a rural spot set back from the urban and industrial centres in the distance. Watching sunsets from the woodfired hot tub, despite the electricity lines and pylons that march across the view, gave the relaxing breath of fresh air wed been seeking from our break. It proved a good base for a variety of experiences hill walking, beach, canal and towns. We would definitely recommend Ewe Two to others, and may well be back again in the future.
Carol was absolutely lovely and welcomed us on arrival. The accommodation was immaculate and very comfortable. The hot tub was, well just amazing. This was mine and my fianc first trip just us with no kids, and such a great experience that as soon as we got home we booked for next year to come back as our honeymoon weekend. We recently stayed in the Ewe Two pod and had an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The directions provided were clear and easy to follow, making the arrival stressfree. On arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Carol, our lovely and friendly host, who gave us a fantastic introduction to the area and a helpful walkthrough of the pods features, including how to operate and heat the hot tub. The pod itself was spotless and the whole area very well maintained, including the beautifully kept lawn areas. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the additional resources available in the nearby outbuilding were a thoughtful touch. The cooking facilities were excellent, and we especially appreciated how quiet the fridge was as it didnt disturb our sleep at all. Speaking of sleep, the bed was so comfortable that we had the best nights sleep that weve had in ages during our stay. The hot tub was clean, inviting, and the perfect place to unwind. We also loved how private everything felt. Plus, with local amenities conveniently nearby, it was the ideal mix of peaceful retreat and accessibility. We really enjoyed our stay and were able to completely relax and unwind. We would highly recommend a stay here and would love to return!

I was celebrating my birthday on my own my choice and omg what a good choice. I have never felt so safe and comfortable. I have travelled alot on my own and this stay was my best experience. I have recommended to all my friends and did request it as a prescription for stress relief from work. I can not put into words how rested and brilliant I feel. Absolutely nothing to complain about, everything was just perfect, the best holiday break weve had in the UK. we couldnt fault a thing! the explanation of everything was in depth and we had full understanding of the property and hot tub, once warm the hot tub is incredible, the owners are there to help you with anything at any time. delicious chinese food down the road as well as close access to all shops overall would recommend to anyone who wants a break away as this was totally perfect.
A beautiful lodge with some great views. Very clean and cosy as well. The bed was a bit small for the two of us but it may just be because we are used to bigger queen size beds. Carol was very helpful and was there to answer all questions.

Knowsley Safari is a safari park in Prescot, Merseyside, set in the parkland of Knowsley Hall. The main event is the 5-mile Safari Drive, where you travel in your own vehicle past animals such as African lions, southern white rhinos, Bactrian camels, European bison and olive baboons. There is a bypass around the baboons if you would rather keep them away from your car.

The first of Edward I's Welsh castles, with a unique isolated keep and views over the Dee Estuary.
Flint Castle (Castell y Fflint) was the first of the castles built during Edward I's campaign to conquer Wales, and it sits on the western shore of the River Dee estuary. Its ruins are looked after by Cadw, and access is free via a path. Most of the site, including the keep, is open to the public.
Tip: Head for the spiral staircase in the north east tower to reach the viewing platform over the estuary.

Liverpool Cathedral is the largest cathedral and religious building in Britain, and one of the longest in the world. England's largest Catholic cathedral, a striking circular 1960s landmark in the heart of Liverpool.
The Metropolitan Cathedral of Christ the King is England's largest Catholic cathedral and the seat of the Archbishop of Liverpool. Locally nicknamed "Paddy's Wigwam" or "The Mersey Funnel", it was designed by Sir Frederick Gibberd and built between 1962 and 1967. The Grade I listed building is circular and tent-like, with a lantern tower of stained glass and a crown of pinnacles on top.
