Robin Hood Rhyl Reviews

"Spent 7 days at Robin Hill Rhyl and we loved our Gold caravan. It was clean, well maintained and gave us plenty of space in the living area as we opted for a 8 person one so that our teen daughters could have separate rooms (cosy with 2 beds in kids rooms but one to sleep on and one for their stuff!) En-suite to main bedroom was an excellent bonus! Cooking facilities were adequate. Just remember to bring all your usual caravan essentials as no washing up stuff, soap for bathroom, loo roll, extra bin bag, bathmat etc. Unfortunately, the weather was against us as we had 2 storms whilst there but the caravan was surprisingly robust! We used the pool twice and you need to book your hour session the day before or early that morning to get spaces. Slides were good but my daughter did end up with a rash due to the chlorine and changing facilities were limited. Didn't try the entertainment at night or food there as we were using it as a base to explore wider area but would try it out next time we go. Ice cream van came round the caravans which was a cute touch but not right weather. The area seems to be undergoing some major sea defense work but should be nice in summer."

"A holiday enjoyed by all of the family."
Jonathan - Sep 2019
"caravan was nice and clean, could do with more cooking equipment like baking trays and the toilet roll holder was missing but really was happy with the rest of it."
Adele - Aug 2019
"Will definitely go back"
Michelle - Aug 2019
"WE HAD A CARAVAN. When Lyons received our booking from you there were no chalets left, THANK GOD, when I booked it online it was a picture of a caravan, so lucky it was when we got there, as I would have been onto you for false advertising."
Lisa - Aug 2019
"I was disappointed with the lack of active security in the play area, to stop people from climbing on the equipment, as it is not the parents job to supervise youth other than their own.

The food on site was generally overpriced, and the ambience in the places too noisy (music very loud) thus making you want to take your business elsewhere, as you would not be able to sit and relax and enjoy the holiday. If the idea was to prevent people from staying too long, it worked, as we stayed less than a minute, as we decided not to stay at all. The chippy smelledrcooked/burnt fat (cooking oil) and the food was not nice.

When we got there, the tv remote control was missing, and a replacement not available, the bracket to open the window was broken, dirty underware on top of the wardrobe left by the previous guests, and a tear in the sofa.

My son cut his foot in the swimming pool, and was attended to by a first aider. Molly told me that she regularily took a net to sweep the pool, for earrings etc, and came up with loads every time. Why they do not bann the use of earrings is beyond me. The injury, appeared to be either from a sharp earring stud or a screw, considering that all but one of the water features were not working, I think he injured himself on a screw from one of them, as the management doesn't appear interested in maintaining them.

Apart from that, clean chalet, near many activities. All in all a good holiday, as the staff did their best. If it hadn't been for that, we probably would've turned around."
Sigurjon - Aug 2019
"Caravan beautiful, site very clean staff really helpful apart from arcade guy that spoiled first night."
Maria - Aug 2019
"Loved the caravan the best caravan I have been in"
Nadine - Aug 2019
"The caravan was fair for low grade, loo seat was broken and there was a considerable amount of dust on shelving and shelving units. Only those two issues with the accommodation"
Kirstie - Jul 2019
"This is the 3rd year in a row i have been at the park 2017 & 2018 and now 2019. Regads to bingo at night. The last 2 years you took the kids up the back of the hall and put a dvd on for them to watch. This year you did not do that. So if you had a hearing problem you could miss a number as the noise of the kids running around was loud compared to the last 2 year."
David - Jul 2019
"I arrived early and was given keys to accommodation straight away without any fuss, I will definitely be back tried booking already for September but dates unavailable I do not want to try any other park this is definitely my favourite"
Abraham - May 2019
"Good weather peace and quiet on the camp friendly helpful staff"
Nigel - May 2019
"Great location and site only minor faults were outside our caravan smelt like sewage"
Nichola - Mar 2019
"Great place. Recommened"
Adam - Mar 2019
"The chalet was the saving grace of the stay. Swimming pool overcrowded too small for size of the camp nightlife and daytime activities nonexistent."

"Fab time going to book again next august thank you all"
