Colonel's Lodge provides deluxe accommodation and has a master bedroom with super king size double bed and a contemporary ensuite shower room. National Trust properties, market towns, independent shops and excellent pubs - Shropshire has it all. From pony trekking and kayaking on the River Dee to riding a steam train and taking a horse-drawn narrow boat ride on the Pontcysyllte Aqueduct, you won't be short of things to do. Chester and Shrewsbury are both within easy reach.
