Bryn Powys Reviews

David - Oct 2024
Bryn Powys is a lovely place, perfectly situated and really feels like a home away from home. We loved it!
Harper - Sep 2024
We really felt like we found a cosy escape here. The place is stunning with breathtaking views and a charming cottage that's kitted out with everything you could need. It's handy for loads of local activities too. Plus, having our cat allowed was a big bonus for us. Three generations ranging from 18 to 88 all had a fab time. Rosie and Rik are lovely hosts. We'd definitely come back and recommend it to others.
Emma T. - Sep 2024
This place is fantastic, nestled in such a beautiful spot. The hosts are really friendly and easy to chat with. My family and our dogs had a great time, we'll be back for sure!
Emily - Feb 2024
We had an amazing time at this place! The views are absolutely stunningand every window offers a perfect shot of the scenery. The house itself is decorated with real care - stylish and comfortable. It's well-equipped, so we didn't want for anything. Rosie, the owner, was super friendly and helpful, which made everything even better. Our dogs loved it too, especially being able to walk right from the back door. Honestly, it's the perfect escape spot - we'll definitely be coming back!
Emma Carter - Aug 2023
We loved staying at Bryn Powys! The scenery is stunning, with views from pretty much every window. The place is spacious enough for everyone to relax or hang out together. Everything you could need is thereand the beds are super comfy. The games room was a real treatand there are lovely walks right outside. Oswestry isn't far if you need anything, but honestly, it feels like you're miles from everything. The owners are really helpful too. We'll definitely be back!
Emily R. - Jul 2023
We had an amazing stay! The house was spotless, beautifully decoratedand had everything we needed. The views were absolutely stunning, really took our breath away. Perfect for all ages and even our dogs loved it. Definitely a place we'd return to. Highly recommended!
Jamie - Apr 2023
We absolutely loved this place! The house was beautifully decorated and had everything we could possibly need. The best part was definitely the remote location, perched in the middle of nowhere with breathtaking valley views - perfect for relaxing walks. It's a great spot for a family getaway; we had a lovely drive to the nearby town too. Honestly, it's probably the best place we've stayed in years. Definitely recommend!
Emma - Jan 2023
We really enjoyed our stay at Bryn Powys! The house was lovely and cosy, with all the amenities we needed. Rosie was fantastic, giving us plenty of helpful tips. Definitely recommend!
Alex Turner - Dec 2022

James - Oct 2022
We had a fantastic stay at this lovely house. Rosie and Rick really put their hearts into creating a warm, welcoming space - you can tell! Everything was spot on, from the cosy interior to the outdoor hot tub, which was just perfect for relaxing evenings. There are some nice circular walks nearbyand if water sports are your thing, Llangollen is a must-visit. Also, the ironworks near Oswestry is definitely worth a look. We'd happily come back!
Emma Roberts - Sep 2022
We had the pleasure of being among the very first guests at this stunning place. The views are absolutely breathtaking and it's super comfy throughout. The owners left a lovely welcome basket with treats for us and the dog-such a nice touch! We made good use of the hot tub, firepitand games room. The drive through peaceful country roads was so relaxing, only passing a sheep or two. Oswestry isn't far, with plenty of shops and cafes. Definitely recommend booking this spot!
