We had a fantastic stay here! From the moment we arrived on a chilly afternoon, the cottage felt instantly warm and inviting, no need to light the fire. It's a charming little place in a stunning spot, with everything we needed and it's clearly well looked after. The hot tub was a real treat after a day exploring the mountains. We loved the peace and quiet, exactly what we wanted. Plus, nearby towns like Aviemore and Grantown-On-Spey made it perfect for shops. We'll definitely return!

Absolutely loved our stay at Ellon Cottage! The location is just breathtaking, with stunning mountain views right from the hot tub-perfect for winter relaxations. The cottage itself feels really cosy, beautifully decoratedand has everything you could need. The hosts were incredibly helpful, making sure we had all the info and essentials. Only a short drive to Nethy Bridge and the Cairngorms, so plenty to explore. We're already planning our next visit-can't wait to return!

The views are stunningand the hot tub is lovely-just give it some time to warm up in the afternoon! The place was spotless, with a well-equipped kitchen and a cosy lounge. Underfloor heating in the bathroom was a real treat. The low roof upstairs isn't a big deal if you don't mind bending a bit!

We had a lovely stay here in March 2023, perfect for bird watching. From the patio, we spotted White Tailed Eagles, Ravens, Black Grouse, Redpollsand Goshawks. The location is fantasticand the place itself was cosy, cleanand well-equipped. The low ceilings upstairs took a bit of getting used to, but it wasn't a big deal. The owners were really laid-back, which we appreciated. A great break!

We stayed at Ellon Cottage and really enjoyed it. The location is peaceful, with beautiful views of the Cairngorms, yet it's just a short drive to Nethy Bridge. The cottage has loads of character, is nicely decoratedand feels cosy. We loved spotting wildlife - a White-Tailed Eagle soared right overheadand we saw a pair of Golden Eagles in the distance. The walks from the doorstep are greatand we'd definitely come back again. Truly a lovely place to stay!
