Kessock Highland Lodges Reviews

"We had such a lovely few days at the Beauty Lodge and Janice made us feel really welcome right from the start. The lodge had everything we needed, especially the hot tub which was just right. The views were stunning-sheep grazing, a deer in the distance-and the dark skies made star gazing unforgettable. Wed definitely come back to explore more of the Highlands!"
Emma - Feb 2025
"We stayed in these lodges recently and honestly, theyre fantastic! Spacious, super clean and very well equipped. The views over the fields and water are stunning. The hot tub was a real highlight and the little pod for dining outside is lovely. Perfect for a peaceful getaway!"
Sarah - Oct 2024
"We had a lovely 3-night stay at North Kessock Lodges and honestly, we couldnt find a single fault. Janice, our host, was so welcoming and always there if we needed anything - really made us feel at home. The lodges themselves are spotlessly clean, modern and decorated with such taste; plus, the view over the fields was simply stunning. We were lucky with the weather and managed to relax in the hot tub one evening, which was a real treat! Wed definitely recommend these lodges to anyone visiting Scotland. Were already thinking about booking again sometime soon - cant wait!"

"Honestly, we had such a lovely stay! The location is super peaceful, perfect for unwinding and the lodges are really well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed-coffee machine, blender, grill, loads of crockery and utensils, which was great. The lodge itself was spacious and the beds were really comfy, so we slept like logs. My partner was especially pleased with the shower and being able to play music throughout the lodge made it feel so homely. The hot tub was a real highlight; its checked daily by the owner and stayed at the perfect temperature all day long. We loved being able to jump in anytime. Donald gave us a lovely tour when we arrived, sharing tips on local places to eat and useful info about the area. Were already looking at dates for next year-cant wait to come back. Huge thanks to Donald and Barbara for such a fantastic retreat!"

"We had such a lovely time at this place! Its perfect for a peaceful escape with your loved ones and even your dog. The location is just stunning, with incredible views from the cabin that really take your breath away. The cabin itself is beautiful and cosy and the host was really friendly and helpful throughout. Its just a short drive from Inverness, so you get the best of both worlds - away from the hustle but not too remote. Were already planning to come back next year. Cant wait to explore more of Scotl and!"
Emma - Jun 2019
"Really enjoyed our stay, the place was super peaceful and had everything we needed. Will return!"
Sam - Mar 2019
"Really enjoyed it, would recommend!"
Emma - Mar 2019
"We had a lovely welcome and lots of helpful info on places to go while we were there. We have 2 teenage children, so there were 4 of us in total. The lodge is beautiful with lots of lovely little touches inside to make it feel extra special when you arrive. No need to pack shower gels and shampoo as they are provided. Beds are super comfy and you get a bath sheet and bath towel each so we didn’t need to bring an extra towel for the hot tub (which was handy when we only brought cabin luggage on the plane. If you fly, it’s not far from the airport, and Inverness is about 15 minutes away and pretty good for shops. It took us about an hour and 45mins to drive to Fort William and 35 minutes to the Cairngorm national park, so a good base to get to different places. You are completely private in the lodge garden, we were lucky enough to get some lovely hot days to spend in the garden and hot tub but I’m sure it would be just as nice if the weather wasn’t as good! We loved our week at Cromarty Lodge and couldn’t recommend it enough!"
Lynne - Aug 2022

We arrived early evening and was greeted by Janice who was lovely, friendly and had lots of recommendations of things to do, places to eat etc. The lodge itself was immaculate, so well equipped and in such a lovely setting. We are hoping to book to stay again in the future! Highly recommend to all"
