The mountain scenery in this region is simply stunning and cycling and walking are excellent ways to explore. The area is also teeming with wildlife and rare species of flora and fauna making it a great choice for nature lovers. Families too will find plenty to do with dolphin-watching boat trips, castle and gardens all within easy reach. The vibrant city of Inverness is also just a short drive away offering fantastic shopping, fine dining restaurants and buzzing nightlife.

Beauly Lodges are perfect for couples and are cosy and romantic with a spacious master suite, Jacuzzi bath and shower/steam cubicle and open plan living area. Cromarty Lodges are ideal for families or two couples and sleep 4. These contemporary lodges have fantastic open plan living space, fully fitted kitchens with all the mod cons and beautiful views from the terrace. All lodges here have luxurious private hot tubs.

Winner of the Best Visitor Experience in the Highlands 2011 - 2012 award, this centre opened 30 years ago and has been enthralling visitors with the legend of the Loch Ness monster ever since. It features a new hi-tech multi-media presentation that takes you through 7 themed areas and 500 million years of history of the loch. Learn about the folklore and facts of the loch.
