Rookery Manor Lodges Reviews

"Great lodge. Beautifully decorated amazing views"
Verified Guest - Apr 2024
"very good and quiet"
Verified Guest - Mar 2024
"The location of this lodge is superb. Right next to the M5 for easy travels, close to beach towns and an excellent location to explore further. On the Sunday we went over to Cardiff! The lodge itself was lovely. A dishwasher and a washing machine we felt spoilt however my only minor point to make here would be to add more helpful items to the kitchen such as scissors. The hot tub was fantastic and it was so nice to have so much greenery around. The owners were absolutely amazing and so helpful before we even arrived. My family cant wait to come back and we plan to asap."
Emma - Mar 2024
"Lodge was clean, tidy, well presented with a modern contemporary feel. Everything we needed was there, hot tub was in great condition and very warm which was perfect a an early spring break"
Debra - Mar 2024
"Lovely place, great location and great facilities. Only slight downside is how light it is in the bedroom in the night and morning so take an eye mask!"
Mel - Mar 2024
"Arrived at Rookery Manor Lodges and was amazed by how amazing the site was. Gated entrance with a key code given to you with your welcome park. Stunning lodges to look at on the drive to your lodge and easily located with the map (which highlighted your lodge and route) in your welcome pack. The lodge was in an amazing condition and really modern. Everything was clean and tidy. The welcome pack had everything needed and little booklet on the table to help with location attractions and food/shops nearby and everything else that would be needed in the surrounding areas. The owner, Karen, was always there to help if needed and was lovely to have a welcome text after arriving to make sure everything was ok. Hot tub was already warm by the time we got there and was regularly checked through the week. Stunning views from the lodge in the morning and evenings. Would 100% recommend to friends and family and will be returning again in the summer for another amazing week away."

"Lonely lodge"
Kezem - Feb 2024
"We all very much enjoyed staying at cedar lodge, the hot tub was very good, the lodge was very well equipped , we enjoyed the area."
Jayne - Feb 2024
"Stayed in a Cedar Lodge, absolutely excellent, good quality of furnishings and appliances all immaculately clean. Lovely peaceful park, no real facilities but doesnt matter as location good. 10 min drive to a Tesco, 6 miles to Weston super mare, best carvery weve ever been to and within a 10 min drive. Staff very supportive and helpful by text. Hot tub was excellent, lovely and warm and private, they change the water for every customer. Will definitely book again!"
ANDY - Feb 2024
"Was one ofThe best lodges we stayed in"
Jodie - Jan 2024
"great modern lodge, great hot tub lovely and hot, really peaceful and relaxing location, highly recommend will definitely be booking again very soon"
Dean - Jan 2024
"Excellent lodge, very well appointed. The site is lovely. The hot tub was wonderful and although not totally shielded from the neighbour's cabin you don't feel on show. If there is anything that was not great the double bed was a nice size but the mattress was a tad thin and not of the same quality as you'd expect in a luxury lodge. However we'd definitely return as we had a very relaxing 4 nights."
Verified Guest - Jan 2024
"What a beautiful lodge we had. It was perfect and spacious especially with 2 children. It was absolutely beautiful. Very clean and the hot tub was easy to use. Definitely will be coming back."
Jenna - Jan 2024
"Oak Lodge exceeded expectations... it was a wonderful stay. Clean, modern lodge in a lovely quiet area. I enjoyed it so much, I've booked another stay and requested the same lodge!I really didn't want to leave..."
Verified Guest - Dec 2023
"The lodge was great with a hot tub, but we didnt use the hot tub due to it being cold in the lodge. The heating was on a timer that I was not able to amend and the remote thermostat being in the living area, and locked out so you were unable to amend it to your comfort without texting the number to request it. None of the radiators had thermostats and the heating was timed as well. When message number had to wait 2 hours before we got a response. Woke up the first day to no electric due to a fire. That cant be helped but a message to advise would have been good. The other mornings we woke to a freezing cold lodge. Every night after 10 the heating went off and the lodge was freezing. ???? If it wasnt for the the heating the holiday would have been ok,"
Verified Guest - Dec 2023
"Pear lodge is amazing, light and spacious. The lodge is extremely well equipped with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable"
Joanne - Nov 2023
"Lodge was clean and comfortable and had everything required. Not certain but felt like this lodge was owned by privately rather than the resort itself as there was some personal items left in lodge. The pet area was good but could do with a light at the side."
Claire - Nov 2023
"Absolutely brilliant like always! This was our 3rd time visiting, and love coming here every time."
Luke - Nov 2023
"Absolutely loved this lodge, decor was beautiful, had every thing you needed and the hot tub was great. The offers in the restaurant were great, we had a great roast! Thank you"
Ruth - Mar 2020
"A fantastic, relaxing holiday had by all of us, would definitely come again. One minor thing it would have been useful to gave a date to secure the decking area so that if you take dog its secure. We improvised with a chair"
Lisa - Feb 2020

"As previously stated, we were unavailable to stay in the Elm lodge but the plum lodge was lovely."
Alison - Jan 1970
"Had a lovely few days at Rookery Manor lodges. The lodge was finished to a high standard and the hot tub was great. The site was very quiet with no facilities so may not suit families with young children."
John - Jul 2022
"Lovely 5 day break away. Beautiful Location. Very Quiet, Even with the M5 being Nearby."
Carl - Jun 2022
"Great place"
James - Jun 2022
"We loved our stay at Rookery Manor, just the perfect getaway for our 1st doggy family holiday, loads of great sight seeing of the picturesque villages near by, and only a drive away from amenities. And Karen on arrival was very very helpful and lovely. The lodge its self was wonderfully spacious and of a very high specification, also the decking area and area to the side of the lodge was all enclosed so very safe to let Archie our boxer dog run and play around. And the hot tub was an added bonus, we will definitely be coming back. So overall very highly recommended xx"
Charelene - Jun 2022
"Near to Weston super mare, easy to find, very high quality lodge's with everything you need, smart TV with Netflix and prime video not just Freeview. Seating area at the front with a hot tub if you want it. Mi"
Patricia - Jun 2022
"Lovely lodge great surroundings. Lodge really spacious & clean with all that you need. Lovely area for dogs. Brand new holiday park so decking at front of lodge not very private but will be lovely once plants are established. The hotel is closed but the spa is open. Lovely Indian restaurant not far away. When using Sat Nav mine kept trying to use the M5 as it’s close to the holiday park use the A370 for most journeys. Would recommend this holiday park."
Maxine - Jun 2022
"First time visiting this relatively new site, the hotel and restaurant are not there now, although still advertised on google. There is a spa which we did not use. The lodges are set in beautiful surroundings, but the sound of the M5 close by could be annoying for some, but it did not bother me at all. Karen was very helpful and was always available and just a phone call away."
Maria - May 2022
"Perfect! Absolutely perfect! 10/10"
Shannon - Apr 2022
"enjoyed our stay in the lodge. Very well equipped with high end tv's in bedrooms. One small niggle though. A coffee machine was available, but as a trio of tea drinkers we would have appreciated a teapot, milk jug and sugar bowl!!"
Carole - Apr 2022
"We had a great mini break and couldn’t have asked for better weather for our stay. The accommodation was perfect our only slight complaint would be the matteresses they weren’t very comfortable and you could feel the springs. Even though the site is under renovation you wouldn’t know it. It will be a lovely park once it’s finished and I and miss family would visit again for sure."
Caroline - Mar 2022
"Plum lodge was an amazing location for a midweek break. Ideally located for all the sights we wanted to see. We loved the hot tub but just a small suggestion: as it is at the front of the lodge by the small parking area it might be nicer to have the smoked glass panels on the veranda going completely around the hot tub as it did on the neighbouring lodge. Just provides a bit more privacy from cars entering the car park then the correct picket style panels. Other then that we loved it and looking to book again for next year."
Claire - Mar 2022
"Wow, everything about the lodge was luxurious. It included absolutely everything needed during our stay. We loved everything about the lodge and the hot tub. With such beautiful surroundings, it was a shame that there wasn't any family friendly walks. As the only way to exit is on a country lane without any pavements, we didn't feel we could walk with young children. We all had such an amazing stay and couldn't fault anything about the lodge and will definitely be booking to stay here again."
Kate - Feb 2022
"Lovely and clean! Close to beaches. Loved fresh milk shop in the way in. And hot tube is as great"
Samantha - Feb 2022
"It was a lovely spot for a very relaxed weekend. No where was too far away and we had the added bonus of takeaway deliveries. The lodge had everything you could need and the hot tub was bliss."
