Brynteg Country and Leisure Retreat Reviews

"We stumbled upon this place quite by accident while browsing online and honestly, it turned out to be a real gem! We booked a lovely gold 3-bed caravan and beforehand, we reached out to arrange a surprise for our parents. The team went out of their way to make sure everything was sorted before we even arrived. When we checked in, the staff were super friendly and handed us the keys smoothly. The site itself was spotless and well-maintained, which was great. The caravan was absolutely stunning - modern, clean and clearly new. It felt like one of the best we've stayed in over the years. The location is handy for exploring nearby areas, just a short drive away. We didn't really use much of the site itself, just the caravan, but well definitely be coming back. Our caravan was BT052 (gold 3 bed) and it didnt disappoint!"
Sam - Sep 2024
"We loved how clean and fresh the caravan was, with a lovely shower. The kitchen had everything we needed and there was plenty of space to relax."
Emma - Aug 2024
"Great stay, would definitely come back!"
Emma Thornton - Jul 2024
"Great overall stay, but wish the kitchen had more storage space."
Emma Clarke - Jul 2024
"Our Brynteg Country and Leisure Retreat review: Although we couldnt stay in the original caravan because of parking and mobility problems, they moved us into a wheelchair-friendly one that was just right. It had a full wet room and a hoist if needed, which made things much easier. All the utensils and crockery were there, though a baking tray would have been a nice touch for cooking. Overall, pretty happy with the stay!"
Sarah - Jun 2024
"We stayed in the caravan recently and overall it was quite charming. The mornings were a bit chilly since there wasnt a proper heating option, which was a bit of a pain. Also, the shower door was missing, so the floor got wet each time. Our housemate, whos a cleaner, noted some dust here and there, so it could do with a bit more attention. Parking was a bit awkward since you couldnt park right next to the caravan, but luckily we found some spaces a few caravans down. It was pretty quiet when we visited, so it wasnt much of an issue then."
Emma Carter - Jun 2024
"Decent caravan, but missing veranda"
Emma - May 2024
"We stayed at Brynteg and loved the stunning location. The facilities really impressed us - the pool, spa and the gym (which my son and daughter-in-law said was top-notch) were all highlights. We did have a mix-up with our caravan but it was sorted out quickly after contacting customer service. Overall, great experience and quick email replies!"
Emma - Nov 2023
"The location was perfect for our night climb up Snowdon, just a short drive from Llanberis. The spa facilities really helped us unwind after our charity challenge - definitely a great spot for us!"
Emma Roberts - Nov 2023
"We really enjoyed the caravan and the site overall. Only thing is, paying £12 extra for towels felt a bit steep, especially since it wasnt included in the price. Still, good stay!"
Lucy - Nov 2023
"Great spot with everything we needed, definitely planning to come back soon!"
Jamie - Nov 2023
"We really enjoyed the location and the accommodation itself was lovely. The staff on site were friendly and helpful, so no complaints there. However, we did have issues with the Wi-Fi. We paid for the super-fast package, but it was honestly pretty patchy and didnt live up to the hype. We asked for a refund for that days charge, but still havent received it after over a week. The next day, we bought the 3-day deal, hoping it was just a glitch, but it was just as rubbish. It feels a bit like miss-selling and were disappointed we didnt get our money back sooner."
Emma Roberts - Nov 2023
"We had a fantastic time at this caravan park! The reception team were super friendly and relaxing by the lake at the Old Boathouse was just perfect. Highly recommend!"
Emma - Nov 2023
"Great experience, definitely coming back next year!"
Alex - Nov 2023
"We really enjoyed our stay here! The caravan was spotless and super comfy and the peaceful mountain views made it perfect for relaxing. The kids had a blast in the pool and play area. Honestly, we didnt want to leave after just four nights. Well be back!"
Emma Roberts - Nov 2023
"Nice quiet spot, perfect for a relaxing break."
Rachel - Jul 2023
"Overall, we had a good stay. The mattress on the double bed was quite disappointing quality-wise, but to be fair, when we flagged it up, they sorted it out quickly and brought a br and new mattress to replace the old one. Nice quick response!"
