"Our Heartsease Lodges review: We really enjoyed our stay! The lodge was roomy and super comfy, perfect for relaxing. "The lodges are really comfy and well-kept, perfect for relaxing getaways. We loved the warm welcome - that basket with milk and eggs was a nice touch! The staff were friendly and helpful, making everything easy. The locations peaceful, yet close enough to explore. Overall, a great stay, wed come back for sure. Definitely recommend if you want a chilled break!"

"We spent a lovely week at Primrose Lodge and really enjoyed it. The lodge had everything we needed and the weather was perfect for relaxing outdoors. We brought covers for the sofas since our dog is allowed on ours at home, so it was great to have peace of mind about the furniture. The tub was a real treat after busy days, making the stay extra special. Wed definitely go back!"

"The lodge was a lovely spot and we really enjoyed the peaceful surroundings. The welcoming lady made us feel at home straight away. The only downside was the flies - they were quite persistent and there wasnt anything to keep them at bay. Still, overall, a great stay!"

Storm Alex and COVID couldnt ruin our honeymoon - the hot tub was absolutely fantastic, probably the best Ive ever used. The locations so peaceful and private; we actually didnt miss WiFi at all. Were already planning to come back for a week next time!"

"We managed to snag Primrose Lodge just a day before our trip after a sudden cancellation and honestly, it was a stroke of luck! From the moment we arrived, we knew it was exactly what we needed - a big garden for our little Italian greyhound, a massive hot tub and all the cosy comforts you could want. The photos online dont quite capture how lovely it really is. No internet or signal was no trouble for us; it was a perfect break from the chaos, especially before I start my new job as a mental health nurse next week. We spent our evenings soaking in the hot tub, gazing at the stars with all the lights off, which was so tranquil. The only sounds were the distant silence and the other lodge, which we couldnt hear at all. During the days, we headed to Elan Valley, just half an hour away and the views and walks were absolutely stunning. Were already planning to come back!"

"Fantastic lodge, excellent hot tub & the enclosed garden was absolutely brilliant for our 2 dogs to play.
Very quiet peaceful area, nice to relax. Nearest shopping was about 8 miles away (Tesco Llandrindod Wells) but we ordered online and arranged delivery to the lodge for our first day arrival which was perfect.
A bit further away (approx 40mins) is Newtown, more variety for shopping and a lovely park where dogs could run off lead and play in the river.

"We had a amazing holiday! Went went during the hottest days of the year, heartsease lodges were a god send! because we took our kids and dog some afternoons we had to stay in the lodge thankfully the garden area was brilliant for them all, enough room to kick a ball, play stuck in the mud or tag, the hot tub was amazing. I would recommend these lodges to everyone they are perfect."

"What a wonderful place to holiday, The hosts made us feel very welcome along with our fur baby Daisy, who had a lovely enclosed garden to wander in .The hot tub was a pure luxury and enjoyed very much. If you want total peace and quiet ,this is the place to come to . Out in the middle of no where ,lovely walks from the front door ,and scenery that’s beautiful. Thank you for such a special place to recharge our batteries. 100% recommendations."

"Lovely clean lodge. Perfect for dogs they loved it as it was all closed in fantastic for them and they had the freedom to run around. Hot tub was great. If its a break you need away from things then this is the place to go."

"Exactly what we wanted, a short break away in a rural location with great facilities. Clean, comfortable and with everything we needed (including Tesco delivering our shopping). Hot tub was a great size and easily fitted 4 adults, it was checked daily for the chemical levels and these adjusted with no impact to guests. Will definitely return!"
