"We had a lovely stay at the lodge! The place was well-equipped and exceeded our expectations given the price. The views were stunning and it really felt like we had the whole area to ourselves-perfect for a relaxing weekend. The only minor grumbles: the couches could have been more comfy and the hot tub wouldnt go above 37.5 degrees, which was a bit disappointing. Still, overall, it was a great experience and wed definitely return. Definitely recommend for a chilled getaway!"

"We had such a lovely stay at this good place! The location is super peaceful and private, perfect for relaxing. The owners are genuinely friendly and always ready to help if needed, without intruding on your privacy. The hot tub was a real treat after a long day of cycling - absolute bliss! Just a heads up, the cottage is under Stansteds flight path, so theres quite a bit of aircraft noise. It didnt bother us much once we got used to it, but if you're sensitive to noise, its worth knowing. Overall, a fantastic place for a quiet getaway!"

"Weve been coming back to the Heart of Wales Lodges for a couple of years now. Our last visit was in 2021, after having to postpone our 2020 trip because of the pandemic-luckily, everything was smooth. The lodges are always spotlessly clean, which we really appreciate. Duncan was lovely, greeting us at 5pm with the keys and checking in on us during a particularly stormy week. Weve recommended it to friends and family whove also booked and everyone agrees-its a lovely place to stay and well worth it!"

"It’s by far the most beautiful lodge me and my partner have stayed in.
With there being only 2 lodges at the place, it is so quiet and private you cannot beat it.
The location itself has beautiful views and is very quiet, but there isn’t an awful lot to do unless you travel. But we went for a relaxing holiday so not having things to do was not an issue for us personally.
The lodge is fully equipped with everything, some bathroom products such as shampoo, conditioner and body wash would have been appreciated but with COVID this may have been the reason for their absence
I have recommended (and will continue to recommend) this lodge to lots of family and friends and hopefully me and my boyfriend will return at some point in the future."
