The surrounding parkland has been landscaped so that guests can make the most of the open green spaces, this being easily accessible by foot via the walking routes for a leisurely stroll. Pack a picnic and enjoy an outdoor lunch surrounded by the magnificent meadows and lush trees in the 200 acres of forest space right next to the park. Birds reside in abundance here, so be sure to look out for them flitting between the trees.

The site offers cycle hire for those wanting a more active way of exploring the natural location, and there are plenty of cycle paths to do so. There are also two fishing lakes on site, available for guests of all levels to try out some coarse fishing. The view from the lake shore is simply stunning, and this is the perfect way to sit and soak in the peaceful surroundings.

The Hideaways are brand new hotel suite lodges for 2021 and are the perfect place to stay for those wanting some glamour as well as a homely feel for their getaway. Outside, guests can soak in the sun from their wooden deck area, where there is garden furniture available to use. A private hot tub is also situated here, and this makes for the perfect spot to take in the surrounding greenery.

There’s an open plan living area where guests will find their spacious and comfortable double bed, where the glass doors open right onto the deck and give an open and airy feel. The cosy kitchenette has all you need for a cup of tea and a snack. The bathroom has a generously sized shower which is perfect for those who want guaranteed luxury and space whilst on holiday. Relax in the evening on the sofa in front of a film on your flat screen TV or have a night-time soak in the hot tub under the unspoiled night sky.

There are plenty of incredible places nearby to explore on a day trip, one of which is Caistor. This charming village is only a 10-minute drive away, and there are lots of historical buildings and landmarks dotted throughout the centre where the beautiful architecture and gorgeous surroundings make for the perfect photo opportunities. There are lots of quaint cafes for a light lunch, or stay later on in the evening for a drink in one of the welcoming village pubs.

A half-an-hour drive from the Park is Cleethorpes, which is a vibrant town with a magnificent beach. Take a stroll along the promenade for some lovely coastal views, and later have some fish and chips down by the sea. Watermill Leisure Park Reviews

"High quality lodge great value for money will definitely be back"
Simon - Mar 2024
"Brilliant lodge"
Jane - Mar 2024
"Great break away. Very relaxing. Lodge with hot tub and fire pit was amazing."
Verified Guest - Feb 2024
"The most amazing lodge, immaculate, well equipped, with washing machine, dishwasher etc, hottub with unspoilt views, friendly staff and peace and quiet, we had a great time and would recommend to anyone needing a break from it all."
Verified Guest - Feb 2024
"We didnt initially choose to stay here but Hoseasons swapped us when there was an error with original booking. The staff were lovely (especially the dog!) but there are just a few improvements which would make the place lovely. The bed, sofa, kitchen are all in one room which is fine but there are no curtains at the kitchen windows. Needs a small table next to the sofa to put food on. The bathroom was freezing, no heat in there so just needs a heated towel rail. Its called away but certainly not hidden. Hot tub very open so just needs some kind of screening to make it a little more private."
Natasha - Feb 2024
"Very clean and the facilities were very good.We went to relax and unwind and were not disappointed. The upkeep of the site was of the highest standard, which is a tribute to the staff."
Mark - Nov 2023
"4 adults, 2 children stayed here last weekend for 3 nights. The lodge overlooked the lake which was perfect to watch the fishermen and also feed the ducks. The children loved taking their bikes and biking around the site, and of course using the hot tub. We also visited Hall Park Farm which was less than 10 minutes drive away and a fantastic day out. The lodge was spotless, with everything inside you would need including a washing machine, and things for the bbq. Oven took a little longer to cook things than we expected but thats to be expected in a lodge. Enough parking outside the lodge for 2 cars. Our wifi stopped working one day and a helpful young man came and sorted it for us within a matter of minutes. Dont really have anything negative to say other than the gate system was a bit annoying whenever we left the park in the car it wasnt that easy to get back in, maybe guests could be given a key fob or a security code for the gate? Also, its right near a train-line and you do hear them all night although this didnt bother us."
Verified Guest - Nov 2023
"Great location and beautiful walks"
Kathleen - Nov 2023
"Absolutely cant fault any of it from start to finish staff are lovely place was spotless will definitely be going back"
Katie - Nov 2023
"There is little to no ventilation and so there was a lot of condensation build up, which made drying anything very difficult. Also, there was no means to sweep out the hut of any debris that got walked in by us or our dog, so the floor was always gritty. It could do with more hooks for hanging clothes as well, as there were only 2 in the bathroom."
Martin - Jan 1970
"Excellent area, great staff, very peaceful. The wifi was not working during our visit - but there was good enough 4g signal in the area that if you did need to tether devices you could do so. Lovely little unit, very comfortable bed and a relaxing hot tub. A great weekend retreat for myself and my partner and I couldnt recommend it more. There is a small microwave in the unit which is/was not shown in the images at the time of writing - so you do have some way of heating up food. Though we opted to use the fire pit for a bbq which was excellent."
Kieran - Jan 1970
"Lovely lodge, studio based but enough room for a short break. Quite private and just helped towards relaxing. Suitable for a break where youre not fussed about going far or doing much, just relaxing."
Ross - Jan 1970
"The accommodation is in great condition, really relaxing location of the park. We got a sunny dog so even got to use the fire pit which was great and loved using the hot tub every day!"
Elizabeth - Jan 1970
"It was excellent I surprised my girlfriend for her birthday and she loved it"
Conor - Jan 1970
"Good location and grounds well looked after"
Barry - Jul 2022
"Had a fantastic weekend. Lodge was brilliant and had everything you could want. Will 100% be coming back with my Dog. Surrounding area had so much to explore."
Gordon - Jul 2022
"Just got back from a lovely week staying here. Very peaceful and relaxing. If you want a full on holiday this place is not for you but if you want a total relax then you won't do better. Beautiful place great staff,, and fabulous accommodation."
Lynda - Jun 2022
"Really loved our stay staff were great will be booking again"
Donna - Jun 2022
"Booked for a short family break so we could all be together. Accommodation was lovely equipped with everything we needed, exceeded our expectations. Surroundings were peaceful and well maintained. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Wouldn’t hesitate in recommending the park, hope to visit again soon."
Sue - Jun 2022
"We had a lovely, peaceful breakaway. Just what the doctor ordered. The hot tub was an added bonus."
Kate - May 2022
"Absolutely lovely stay, staff were so helpful. Everything was spotless and the location is brilliant. Can tell as they build and expand this is is going to be a really lovely park. Couldn't fault it"
