About Clumber Park Lodges

Clumber Park Lodges are a stunning collection of high end lodges with a woodland setting - perfect for getting away from it all.  To enter the lodges you drive up a pretty private road which sets the scene for your relaxing break.  You'll be well located for exploring the National Trust property Clumber Park which is just a mile from the lodges.

You can also visit the uber famous Sherwood Forest which is within easy reach by car.  On site you'll find the Woodshed Cafe Bar - a great place to relax.

The lodges have been designed with luxury in mind and are tranquil living spaces with all the mod cons you need to enjoy your stay.  We love the Oak Lodge Spa which has 3 bedrooms and sleeps up to 6 people.  The outdoor verandah is the ideal place to watch the world go by and the outdoor hot tub makes the holiday even more unforgettable.

All of the 'Spa' lodges come with outdoor hot tubs so if this is an important part of your getaway then check you are booking a Spa Lodge.  Another gorgeous lodge with hot tub is the Sycamore Lodge Spa which is a bespoke lodge perfect for couples or families.  This lodge has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 6.

Some of the lodges are also pet friendly and welcome up to two well behaved dogs.

If you are looking for some more action then you could head into the lively city of Nottingham with it's fantastic buildings, great shopping and cafe culture.  There are also plenty of attractions in the area for days out.

Bolstover Castle in Chesterfield is an amazing day out for the whole family.  Kids will love the entertainment house while parents can enjoy the collection of art.  The Venus Garden with fountain is also brilliant for exploring.

Clumber Park Lodges Reviews

"The lodges were clean and comfortable nice surroundings the grounds were well maintained"
Susan - Aug 2022
"Fantastic lodge in even better surroundings, it was honestly more than we expected. Park is nice and quiet even with plenty people there, value for money in the cafe/bar in the shop where normally you’d expect to be over charged on site. Staff are fantastic and very attentive. Will definitely return."
Ryan - Aug 2022

"Found Clumber Park Lodges by chance, on a last minute deal, and we could not have been happier! the site is new, modern and well maintained. The lodges are clean, large and well equipped and the staff are very welcoming and helpful throughout the whole stay. The fact that the entire site is dog friendly everywhere is great and the surrounding areas are beautiful. We will definitely be going back!"

"Fab relaxing time away with family. Enjoying lots of walks."
Karen - Aug 2020
"A fantastic holiday in a beautiful location. We stayed in Little Acorn which was perfect for the children and they loved the open spaces outside the lodge as well. The only suggestion would be that the cafe are better equipped for their catering with a toastie maker etc, we had an unfortunate frozen incident with our toasties as the only way they could make them was in the microwave....."
Jennifer - Aug 2020
"A brilliant break away that is suitable for all ages would highly recommend."

Laura - Jul 2020
"From start to finish everything was just what we needed."
David - Jul 2020
"I was a bit apprehensive about staying anywhere due to Covid but this was just perfect. The lodge was spotlessly clean with furnishings and utensils that seemed brand new. (with the exception of a scratched nonstick frying pan but Im very picky). We were right by the reception so no view of the lake but that didnt matter we had the tranquility of the forest outside our decking."
Confirmed Guest - Jul 2020
"Definitely recommend - 6pm check in is too late though for the price, you lose a full day of your holiday."
Angela - Jul 2020
"Lovely clean lodge and great hot tub.
The 6pm check in (regardless of Covid) is too late and not of benefit for young children. This needs to be brought back especially as check out is at 9.30am.
Otherwise, a great break away."
Amy - Jul 2020
"The kids loved the room, it was their highlight! The toadstools in the room have sharp pints under the fabric that cut feet if standing on them which the kids did"
Alex - Jul 2020
"A great holiday! "
