Date of stay: 12th July 2019
The lodge we stayed in could do with some new carpets and a freshen up. Otherwise it showed only the usual signs of wear and tear. The dining table was in a terrible state and it was obvious that a previous occupant had allowed there children to use it for crafts without protecting it as the veneer was all sticky and covered in blue glitter. I do hope the owners of Quarry Walk charged them for the damage.

There were a few dirty marks in the shower and dust on various tops (especially wardrobes) - however these are such minor issues when everything else was perfect.

The cabin was amazing...
Wifi not brilliant despite paying however it's not needed we just got so we could communicate with our family
Lodge did get very hot however we did take fans with us
Bedrooms can be very light unless you take extra blankets or travel black out blinds to block this out - unless you like an early start!!!

The lodge could have done with a little maintenance, ie the bath panel was damaged and some doors had a few chips in. There was also quite a lot of cobwebs on the pictures in the lounge area. Wouldn't put us off going back though.

Perfect from start to finish cabin blew us away was clean and beautifully presented. Fantastic clean hot tub.
Lynsey
Perfect. Felt like we were deep in the forest. Our lodge seemed very private and secluded considering where we were in a busy park.
Toni
As a family of 4 our trip was for visiting Alton towers which was only a 13 minute drive away from lodges , we loved our stay , lodges were so clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for a self catering holiday. The hot tub was a brilliant extra and so good after a tiring day walking around Alton towers. We will definately be returning in the future :)
