Mountain View - Kinlochleven Reviews

Emma - Oct 2024
The place was lovely-felt just like being at home. Clean, cosyand fully stocked. The views were stunningand the kids adored the games room. We’d definitely stay again!
Emma - Aug 2024
The house was really cosy and had everything we needed for a proper break. The view was stunningand the hot tub plus BBQ hut made it extra special!
Emma - Aug 2024
Absolutely loved the scenery and peaceful surroundings, a fantastic getaway spot!
Emma - May 2024
We stayed at a modern, well-equipped place in a lovely spot, which we really appreciated. The host was quick to sort out a smoke detector issue, even in the middle of the night-top marks there. However, it was a bit disappointing that there was ongoing work at the property for three days, fixing fences and doing renovations. This made the garden and hot tub pretty much unusable during the day because of noise and lack of privacyand we found the place wasn't quite as secluded as we thought, being quite overlooked by neighbours. Still, the interiors were lovelyand overall, it was a decent stay.
Emma Turner - May 2024
We had an amazing time at this lovely, well-stocked place. The location couldn’t be better for exploring, with the WHW, POW camp, waterfalland old dock all just a short walk away. Plus, it’s close to white sand beaches, Glenfinnan Viaductand a scenic drive to Fort William and Ben Nevis. The owners were so friendly and really went the extra mile to make sure we enjoyed our stay!
Sarah - Apr 2024
Wow, what a gem! Mountain View really ticked all the boxes for us. Peaceful setting, breathtaking viewsand loads of local walks to explore. The hot tub and BBQ hut were brilliantand our teenagers couldn’t get enough of the games room. Highly recommend!
Emma - Mar 2024
The house was lovely, tucked away in a peaceful cul de sac. We loved the hot tub and barbecue hut, plus three pubs nearby. Plenty of walks right from the doorstep made our holiday really enjoyable. We had a fab time!
James - Mar 2024
The house is gorgeous, set in such a lovely spot with breathtaking views of the countryside. We had an amazing time, especially enjoying long walks with the dogs right outside. Definitely recommend!
Alex - Feb 2024
Really enjoyed our stay! The house was lovelyand Nicky was super friendly and helpful. Would definitely come back!
Emma - Jan 2024
We had an enjoyable week here, enjoying both the cosy comforts and a touch of luxury. The location was ideal as a base for exploring the highlands, with handy amenities like a co-op and pubs just a short walk away. The house had everything we neededand the games room was a real hit with the kids - kept them busy! Just a heads up, it’s not as secluded as it appears; it’s at the end of a cul-de-sac with a few neighbours nearbyand the garden with the hot tub is overlooked. Still, a lovely place overall!
Emily Clarke - Dec 2023
We had a lovely stay at this place, perfect for a week away. The views are stunning and there are plenty of walks nearby. Sadly, the weather was terrible, so we didn’t get to explore much outside. The house itself kept us busy with games and extras from the owners, which was really thoughtful. Definitely recommend!
Sophie - Sep 2023
This place had all the essentialsand the facilities were pretty good. We really enjoyed our time there and would come back!
Emily - Sep 2023
Had a lovely stay, the hot tub was fantastic and the indoor-outdoor BBQ really made it special! Brilliant!
Emma - Aug 2023
We had a lovely stay at this property! The owners greeted us warmly and took the time to show us around, which was a nice touch. The BBQ was a big plus, especially with the unpredictable weather-perfect for marshmallow roasting with the kids. The hot tub under cover and the terrace above added a touch of luxury. The games room kept everyone entertainedand the place was spotless with all essentials provided. Definitely planning to come back!
Emma Carter - Jan 2023
This place is stunning, in such a great spot! We really enjoyed our stay and will come back.
Alex Morgan - Jan 2023
We really enjoyed our time here! Despite the rainy weather, the house was perfect for relaxing, especially with the games room and hot tub. Mr and Mrs Bray were super friendly and helpful. The house definitely lived up to its 5-star rating. We’ll be returning for sure!
James Carter - Oct 2022
