"We had an amazing weekend stay here! The place totally met all our expectations and were already planning to come back. Our dogs had a blast - especially with the underfloor heating, they were cosy all weekend. Luna even wagged her tail so much she strained it! Definitely a hit for both pups and humans alike. Brilliant experience!"
Jamie - May 2024
"The cabin was really spacious with a lovely layout and the bed was super comfy. The rooms felt cosy, which we loved. Only downside was the TV - it had limited channels - and the WiFi was pretty weak, so we had to rely on our data. Guess we weren't there for the telly anyway!"
Oliver - Nov 2023
"The place was really chill, perfect for unwinding. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Our room was comfy and the veranda came in handy when it rained. Definitely coming back!"

This is a really unique opportunity to see the fantastic work going on at this centre.  The purpose of the British Wildlife Rescue Centre is to treat and care for injured wildlife which cannot be released into the wild.  Many of the animals are brought to the centre by members of the public or the RSPCA.  Visit their website to see the picture gallery and to find out how to help if this is something which interests you.  There are also regular fundraising events such as the Sponsered Leg Wax.

This unique attraction combines an array of activities.  If you have a look on their website there are some good video clips which give an even better idea of what this attraction is all about.  Some of the highlights include the Cable Car system which is actually Britain's first alpine style cable car system.  You are transported from the valley floor right up above where you can enjoy superb Dewent Valley Views.  You can also stroll around 60 acres of wooded hillside on foot to see an array of birds and wildlife.

Catanger Llama Trekking - NN12 8LJ
about 37 Miles
This is a really unique attraction and certainly worth a visit in our opinion.  Established in 1995 and situated in the heart of the Northamptonshire countryside this attraction will appeal to those looking for something a little different.  You can't ride the animals but you can trek alongside them and enjoy the fantastic scenery.  From farm tracks to country lanes the gentle animals will carry your rucksack for you along the way.  There are personally guided treks available all year round and you will have your own Llama for the trek.
