Location of Hobbit Home 2

Hobbit Home 2 has a fun and quirky setting within the grassy mounds of Llanfair Caereinion in Powys. It is a single storey property so has everything you need on one level. With sweeping countryside views you will feel yourself relaxing from the moment you arrive.

Living Space

The interior has a very contemporary style and is the perfect blend of modern and quirky. With so much charm it’s a one of it’s kind property for 4.

The outside area is the perfect spot to take in the views with a private patio and a barbecue.

There are two bedrooms offering plenty of sleeping space for 4 guests.

Hot Tub

You will be spoiled with your own private hot tub where you can enjoy watching the stars and relaxing.

Powys

The local area is beautiful and you’ll be ideally placed to explore all that Powys has to offer. From your doorstep you could venture to the Snowdonia National Park which is only a short car journey away. If you love active holidays and enjoy hiking then you’ll be in your element here. Choose to hike up Pen Llyn, or even Snowdon for the more adventurous hikers.

We recommend a visit to Llyn Vyrnwy Dam to take in the amazing architecture or head to Ffrwd Fawr Waterfall for a peaceful day out, this is gorgeous in the summer months.

The Black Lion Pub is the place to go for a delicious meal and glass of wine, very close to the hobbit house. If you want to venture further then you could head for the popular tourist spots of Aberystwyth and Porthmadog which have some stunning beaches with watersports.
