The Cockerel – Sleeps 4

Venture inside this charming cottage to discover an open-plan kitchen and dining area. The dining space, featuring a robust wooden table and chairs, beautifully accentuates the exposed beams and whitewashed stone walls. The kitchen is crafted from dark wood and overlooks the dining area. It’s well equipped with an electric oven, hob, microwave, and fridge/freezer. Next to the dining area lies a king-size bedroom, adorned with custom-made wool curtains and pure linen bedding for a luxury stay.

The en-suite shower room, complete with a WC, provides a refreshing start to the day. Ascend to the mezzanine lounge, a snug haven ideal for unwinding and catching up over evening conversations, enhanced by plush furnishings and art that highlight its traditional charm. A super-king-size bedroom on this level boasts an en-suite bathroom with a wood-panelled bath and WC. Pause to appreciate the valley and meticulously landscaped gardens as you approach your traditional wooden front door, which opens into a welcoming hallway leading you upstairs to your snug haven. The open-plan living space, featuring solid wooden flooring, exposed beams, and whitewashed walls, creates an idyllic setting for the vibrant and textured soft furnishings. Disconnect from the outside world and immerse yourself in the comfort of the sofas, whether you’re diving into a great read or enjoying your preferred film.

Off to one side, the bespoke dark wood kitchen is fully furnished with an electric oven, hob, microwave, and fridge/freezer, ready for your culinary adventures. When night falls, descend a few steps to the regal king-size four-poster bed crafted from tree branches, adorned with pure linen sheets and vividly coloured throws, promising a royal slumber.

The adjoining en-suite shower room is equipped with a WC and a spacious, indulgent shower. Near Kune Kune’s entrance, The Stable offers a separate entrance to an additional double bedroom with its own en-suite shower room, perfect for accommodating guests or inviting friends to join your serene escape.
