Our stay at Caddys Corner was amazing! From the moment we got there until the time that we left- it was blissful. Kynance lodge is just beautiful, it has everything that you could possibly want and more, just like a home from home. There was even a cream tea that was waiting for us in the fridge on our arrival, which was a lovely, unexpected surprise and a nice touch from the owners. We bought with us tea, coffee etc but we found that this was also provided (tea, coffee, sugar, salt & pepper).
The lodge was spotlessly clean and we were surprised at how spacious it was. The decor is gorgeous, with quality linens and towels provided. Kynance is the last lodge on the site so it is even more private than the others, making the hot tub area even more cosy. Caddys Corner is very secluded so it makes for the perfect getaway as its so quiet and peaceful so you can really relax, unwind, take in the surroundings and watch the wildlife (baby rabbits & birds). During our stay we met both Sam and Seph, brothers who own Caddys Corner and they were great guys, very personable and extremely helpful. Caddys Corner is situated exactly between both North and South coasts so you can visit either easily and see all the fab beaches. Our family would highly recommend Kynance lodge and we would absolutely stay there again. Fantastic holiday! Keep up the good work Sam and Seph 10/10!

A great base camp for exploring. Equipped with literally everything you need as a home from home.
Garreth, Brighton
Date of stay: 9th February 2018
On arrival we were met by staff with some milk and a welcoming gift of scones with jam and clotted cream.

The accommodation was spotless however appeared a bit tired and needing some areas of DIY (broken internal door handle, broken shelf in cupboard and curtains put back up by thread).

There is no staff on site which isn't an issue as there are numbers if needed in an emergency.

The site is situated down some very narrow back roads - sat nav worked well but it's on a blind bend. Falmouth is about 20mins away by car.

We loved the location as feels very rural but close to lots of attractions. Our dog was allowed on site and loved roaming. We attended off season for a very reasonable price - looking at peak season I wouldn't be able to justify that cost for the same accommodation. Also dogs are not allowed on most beaches during high seasons

Date of stay: 18th March 2016
Clean, warm, and comfortable -- I slept really well while staying here. The site was quiet and ideal for the few days of study break I wanted. Got loads of reading done while I was here: the combination of going out for a hike in the morning, then coming back to the lodge to study, then going off again to the coast in the early evening to think and reflect by the sea was incredibly productive.

Brilliant for a study break as a comfortable base from which to work. I had a lovely time here.

Date of stay: 10th July 2015
I didn't know what to expect when we arrived at this lodge. On stepping inside my first thoughts were 'Wow'. The standard of the lodge was very high and everything had been thought of. It was a real home from home. It was spotlessly clean and the little things like the bath robes, slippers and chocolates on the bed were a nice touch as was the scones, jam and cream. It was well fitted out well with all the appliances and made our stay very comfortable. The hot tub was the icing on the cake and a welcome place to relax after exploring Cornwall.
We will definitely book again to stay here.
Katrina, Devon

Such a beautiful setting, we booked last minute, had a wonderful 3 night break with our 3 children and 2 dogs. The sun shone, the hot tub bubbled and the location was simply stunning. The beds were super comfy, the lodge light and airy, and the view was just devine. The scones on arrival are such a lovely touch as was the everyday essentials. We would definitely return and recommend.

We booked a last minute holiday in the Easter holidays . We absolutely loved Caddy’s corner. It is remote and has no on site facilities but that was perfect for us. From our decking we watched the rabbits playing in the field, and enjoyed the peace and tranquility. The lodge was spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed. The beds were amazingly comfortable and the showers were great. We will definitely be back again.

The Eden Project is a fantastic local attraction in Cornwall which will appeal to families and couples.  From the moment you step through the entrance it's clear that this is no ordinary attraction.  All under one roof you will find a giant rainforest, Horticulture courses, rock climbing, ice skating and an arts cafe.  Not all of these activities are on at one time, they are staggered throughout the year so check out the website to see what's available when you plan to visit.  Autumn at Eden is very popular with events such as daily apple pressing and Time Changing Tales (story telling with an autumn theme).

This attraction is really unique in that you have the opportunity to gain a rare insight into a working sanctuary.  You can see first hand all of the fantastic work carried out as well as seeing the monkeys themselves.  Other popular areas of this attraction include the Bat Cave and Wildlife Room. the Wildlife Gardens and the kids play area.  There is something for everyone at The Monkey Sanctuary and you can also sponsor and donate if you wish.  The cost to adopt a monkey is from just £2 a month.
