"Our Piran Meadows Resort review: Nice caravan. Some of the cooking utensils were a bit worse for wear and being a dog caravan, some of the carpet did have a slight odour. Other than that, no issues."

"The Premier lodge was great. There were 6 of us and, with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms no one had to wait for facilities. It was obviously an old unit, but perfectly clean and adequate. We had no problems and used everything offered - dishwasher, washing machine, microwave etc. - and all worked perfectly. Plenty of parking on tarmac provided, and outdoor space for the children. Lovely views all round."

"We had a lovely last minute 2 night break over Easter. We stayed in a pet friendly Wadebridge 2. We found the property to be perfectly equipped with plenty of room for all of us. The fridge, bathrooms, kitchen etc were spotless but it was obvious that furniture hadn't been moved in a very long time as the carpets behind the sofa and bed were thick with dust. This wouldn't stop us from visiting again. The surroundings were all very well kept, and we liked how we were in a little road off the main road, with only 6 or so caravans. It was very peaceful."

"4th stay here in 10 years , this time its really gone downhill, lodge has dirt and dust in all corners and skirting boards , On suite extractor fan had so much dust and hair built up on it it did nothing , shower tray doesn't drain, giving you a very quick time slot to wash and get out before flooding the bathroom. main bathroom extractor not working , built in dishwasher not attached to carcass so it tried falling over when the door was opened. this is a premier lodge that looks tired and dirty , windows that wont shut properly without outside intervention. Expected more, would have said something to management but the staff are either not about or completely disinterested in their job or your holiday experience."

"Piran Meadows is in a beautiful and peaceful area, the caravans feel private and have good facilities. Free WiFi, welcome drinks on arrival, lovely outdoor seating area closeby to the splash pad and park area and a lovely clean swimming pool. We had a great holiday and really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay here again."

Would have been nice if there was some form of entertainment on a night but other than that a great holiday complex."

"Lovely place to stay, caravan was lovely and clean would give 10/10 to stay in, staff was lovely and polite and would help you if needed. The only thing I would suggest is to have more play areas for children like swings slides ect as there was not much activity for young ones to entertain outside. Always pre book the restaurant as we got turned away because we didn’t book a table and they told us we had to get the takeaway option and go back to the caravan to eat it. They wouldn’t let us eat it at the table we were sat on. Although it’s a family resort the bar called last orders most days at 21.30. So maybe extend it."

"Fantastic time at piran meadows, clean van, towels and baths miniatures plus washing up and tea packages which was a very unexpected welcome touch. Early check in phone call from staff member once van had been cleaned so an absolute bonus. Staff helpful, professional and when we had a problem with our fridge they sent someone to look at straight away to fix it. Facilities clean and very well laid out. Kids loved the Astro/pool/splash pool, pool tables. Only gripe was availability of the bar/food being open for longer in peak times but overall a fantastic stay central to everything. Would highly recommend."

"We stayed in a Wadebridge 2 carvan and it exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, size and facilities. Little extras such as washing up items, shower items etc.. were a lovely touch. Park was in a great location and I was able to easily access local beaches and towns by car. Staff were really friendly and helpful and always had a smile on their face. Pool was basic but great on rainy days and being able to use the sauna / steam room was great. The site is quieter than others but that is what I was looking for on this particular holiday so a thumbs up from us. We had a lovely week."
