Trelay Hideaway Holiday Park Reviews

"The hot tub was fantastic and well maintained. And perfect way to relax at the end of the day."
Lewis - Apr 2024
"Lovely peaceful park, really friendly and helpful staff, excellent standard of accommodation, couldn't fault anything."
Phillip Jarvis - Apr 2024
"Fantastic lodge, really was home from home!Thoroughly recommended for short or long holidays.Staff are incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming. Always available to help and answer any questions.Only issues were the dishwasher and washing machines not working (no water) but these were addressed quickly.I think the only way to slightly improve would be to have soft close toilet lids and provide shaver outlets (couldnt charge toothbrushes) but found adapters in Looe.On our last day (due to storm) we noticed the patio doors needed adjusting as, even when closed, you could see outside and were very drafty!"
Karl - Apr 2024
"Lovely white bedding and soft towels. All the essentials in the kitchen, plenty of cutlery, crockery and cooking equipment. . A nice big TV with plenty of channels. Sofa was a good size but some cushions would have been nice for some extra support. 2nd toilet was a real bonus. The only small issue was the shower, couldnt turn it on full power as it shot up and sprayed water in the air. Shower head needs replacing or tightening. Parking space next to the caravan. Table and chairs on the decking which would have been lovely to use but not in the storm we had!! The caravan felt safe and secure in the storm, only a small draft from the front door."
Joanne - Apr 2024
"Fantastic modern lodge. Everything top quality, hot tub a nice extra.Wouldn't hesitate to recommend it."
Gareth - Apr 2024
"We come to Cornwall once/twice a year and we love it.This little holiday park is a great location if you love Looe and Polperro, which we do. It is a great location for walking and enjoying the outdoors. Due to the weather not being the best we had to find somewhere in the area indoors to entertain the kids as there is no facilities on site for children. There is a small swing/slide set but was muddy due to the weather. There isnt a shop on site either so you would need to go to the local Spar shop down the road or a 15/20 minute drive to Morisions. The lodge we had was lovely. It was clean and new. Jan one of the team was most helpful. She followed up with a curtsy call prior to the holiday, while we were there, and we had one when we arrived home. They made sure you knew they were there to help and made us feel so welcome. It is a lovey bijou holiday park."
Terri-Ann - Apr 2024
"Great value for money - something that makes a big difference for us these days and is dependant on us being able to have a break."
Verified Guest - Apr 2024
"Lovely accommodation, fairly priced"
Michele - Apr 2024
"Lovely accommodation very spacious and everything we could possibly need"
Tracie - Apr 2024
"Excellent, well fitted, brand new lodge. Large enough to be luxury, but small enough to be compact. Large decking area and well maintained."
David - Mar 2024
"The accommodation is of a great quality, it felt homely and the bed was comfortable. When we arrived the heating was switched on for us which was a nice touch. I arrived after the reception had closed but I was given a number to call and someone came out to meet me rather than leaving the key in the key box that was available. All of the amenities were of a good standard which is nice compared to some other places I have stayed"
