Little Marland Barn Reviews

Emma - Oct 2024
Great spot for families, spacious and lots of activities to keep everyone entertained!
James - Sep 2024
We had a fantastic stay! The house had everything we neededand everything worked perfectly. It was super comfy with plenty of space for everyone. The outside hot tub and games room really added a fun touch. We were a bit worried about the narrow lanes in the West Country, but this place was easy to get to and didn’t take long at all. Honestly, glad we chose this one, definitely recommend it to others!
Emma - Aug 2024

James - Aug 2024
We had a fantastic stay at this spacious barn! The rooms were spotless and kept in great condition. The peaceful location right next to the farm made for a really calming break. We loved relaxing in the big hot tub and playing games in the room each evening. Parking wasn’t an issue either, with plenty of space for our four cars. The entire area, including the barn and games room, was securely gated, so our dogs could wander freely. Gardens like RHS Rosemoor nearby are definitely worth a visit-absolutely loved it! Definitely recommend.

Emma - Feb 2024
Wow, what a lovely place! The cottage was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing break. The host was genuinely friendly and couldn’t have been more helpful. We even got a chance to explore the farm, which my two-year-old niece adored. We dined at The George Inn in Hatherleigh-great food and a cosy vibe. Be prepared for some narrow lanes around the area, but honestly, it’s worth it for the peace and quiet. Book now, you won’t regret it!
Emma - Dec 2023

We had a lovely time at this place for our family gathering to celebrate Mum’s 80th. The barn is stunning and really well thought out, with a kitchen stocked with everything you could need - pots, pans, utensils, you name it, it made self-catering for ten so much easier. The space itself is gorgeous and suited our multi-generational group perfectly. The games room kept everyone entertainedand the hot tub was definitely a highlight - we all loved unwinding in it! Definitely a place we’d return to.
