The Platinum Select Plus is a top of the range modern caravan with a double bedroom and twin bedroom. Centrally heated, the caravan also has a beautiful sun deck with an outdoor hot tub to relax in and spend the evening looking at sunsets.

The Lodge 3 Plus is another accommodation with one double and one twin bedroom with overhead bunk. An open plan living area with a well-equipped kitchen and central heating add to the charm of this beautiful lodge. The sun deck and outdoor hot tub makes this the home away from home.

With numerous activities on site to entertain both the children and the adults, it is difficult to leave the grounds of the holiday village.

It would be shame not to explore this fantastic areas of Wales though and the Cregennan lakes or the Ynys-hir in Machynlleth (a mixture of Welsh oak woodland and salt marshes) is a perfect adventure. You might see flycatchers, marsh harrier, hen harrier, peregrine, sparrowhawks and many other birds in the region making it a truly unforgettable experience for anyone who loves wildlife too.

Clarach Bay Holiday Village Reviews

"The caravan was much better than we expected! Loved the small touches from housekeeping, made it really cosy."
Alex - Sep 2024
"Not much to enjoy, feels like the wrong season for this."
Sam Harris - Sep 2024
"Great place, would visit again"
Rachel - Sep 2024
"The caravan was nice, but I had to ask at reception for one with easier access. Slight inconvenience, but overall a decent stay."
Emma Carter - Sep 2024
"Our Clarach Bay Holiday Village review: We really enjoyed our stay again! The hot tub and lodge were fantastic. Definitely good value for money. Looking forward to coming back soon!"
Emma T. - Sep 2024
"We stayed in this lovely lodge with 5 adults, a baby and our dog-plenty of space. The hot tub was a real highlight! Beds were comfy, just right for everyone. Would definitely recommend for a relaxing getaway!"
Charlotte - Sep 2024
"The park was okay, but honestly pretty basic. There werent many activities for kids during the day, which was a bit disappointing. The caravan felt a bit outdated and small, but the beach nearby was a real plus. Probably better suited for older kids, in my opinion."
Emma Clarke - Aug 2024
"The caravan was lovely overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Just a couple of minor issues-one glass was cracked and the boiler door in the ensuite kept coming off. Still, the hot tub was a fantastic bonus!"
Emma Carter - Aug 2024
"We stayed in the caravan and honestly, it was pretty great. The size was just right and the beds were comfy enough for a good sleep. The kitchen had all the essentials, so cooking was hassle-free. It was spotlessly clean too, with thoughtful touches like tea towels, bin liners and even little bottles of shampoo and washing up liquid. Plus, if you bring a dog, theres a basket, blanket and bowls which is a lovely touch!"
Emily - Aug 2024
"Overall, we had a decent stay. The caravans were pretty tidy and well-equipped, with everything we needed, though the oven was slow-took ages to cook anything! The beds were comfy, but dont expect much room. Biggest downside was the lack of privacy; the hot tub and terrace are overlooked by the neighbouring caravan, which also has a clear view of your windows. We ended up keeping curtains shut most of the time. A screen or privacy glass would make a big difference!"
Sammy - Aug 2024
"We loved the spot-close to the beach and local sights. The facilities were spot on and the caravan was spotless, just right for our family of four. Brilliant stay!"
James - Aug 2024
"The place was lovely overall, really well kept and tidy. The only thing Id mention is the swimming pool - its super clean but a bit on the small side, which was a bit disappointing. Still, wed go back!"
Sarah - Aug 2024
"We found the lodge to be quite lovely-spotlessly clean and well equipped. The welcome pack was a nice touch and the beds were already made when we arrived, which was a relief. The kids really enjoyed having their own bathrooms, no arguments over bath time! The only thing was the pillows, they were pretty firm, but we got used to them eventually."
Rachel - Aug 2024
"Looking forward to returning next year, had a fantastic time thanks!"
Lucy Carter - Jul 2024
"Great idea, but needs more coverage"
Emma Clarke - Jun 2024
"Considering the price, its mostly okay. The fireplace didnt work, so it was freezing when we arrived and it took ages to warm up. Fire alarm kept going off randomly, which was annoying!"
Emma Clarke - May 2024
"Really enjoyed our stay, the caravan was super comfy and the treats were lovely! Great WiFi too."
Emma Collins - Apr 2024
"Really enjoyed our stay here, the views are stunning and the town is charming. Perfect base!"
Emma - Apr 2024
"Really enjoyed our visit, staff were super friendly and made us feel at home. Definitely coming back!"
Sam - Mar 2024
"Good vibe, would recommend"
Emma - Nov 2023
"Really enjoyed our stay! The lodge had everything we needed plus a bit extra. Super peaceful place, definitely booking again soon. Loved it!"
Emma Carter - Nov 2023
"Really enjoyed our stay, the hot tub was definitely a highlight! Great facilities."
Emma - Nov 2023
"Great stay, felt really comfortable here. Lovely area, friendly staff. Would definitely return, no complaints at all!"
Emma Collins - Nov 2023
"We had a fantastic stay at the lodge! It was spotless inside and had loads of storage, which was great for our group of six. The hot tub was a real highlight-spotlessly clean and super private. The welcome pack with wine and beer was a lovely touch. The kitchen was well-equipped, especially the coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine, plus a big fridge/freezer. The only thing to note is its about a 10-minute walk to amenities, but honestly, the peace and quiet made up for it!"
Emma - Nov 2023
"We had a really lovely stay at Clarach Bay and honestly, our lodge was fantastic-no issues at all. The staff were super friendly and always willing to help, which made things even better. The only thing we missed a bit was more evening entertainment for families and couples; the 10.30 closing time and bar last orders at 10pm felt a tad early, especially during the summer holidays. Still, we enjoyed our holiday a lot and were glad a family friend recommended it. Not sure if wed return, but it was a good experience overall!"
Emma - Nov 2023
"Great stay, the caravan was really roomy and spotless. Can't wait to visit again soon!"
Emma Roberts - Nov 2023
"We loved the size of the caravan and the spot was just perfect. It was a bit dusty, but a quick tidy sorted it out."
Emily Carter - Nov 2023
"The fridge in Silver 2 was acting up, which was a bit of a letdown. Also, the WiFi signal was pretty weak for what we paid."
Emma Roberts - Nov 2023
"The caravan was spotless and well-equipped, making everything easy. Beds were super comfy and clean. There was plenty of storage space, which we loved!"
Sam - Nov 2023
"We had such a lovely stay! The caravan was stunning, full of luxury touches and the view was just breathtaking from every angle. The thoughtful extras like prosecco, craft beer and biscuits made it even more special. Definitely coming back! Thanks, Clarach Bay and Hoseasons."
Emma Bradley - Nov 2023
"Our stay at Clarach Bay Holiday Village was absolutely fantastic. The accommodation was superb and the staff were helpful, friendly and accommodating. We had a brilliant time and would definitely recommend. A+"
Rachel - Aug 2022
"Fantastic family holiday!!!!"
Georgie - Aug 2022
"Two things that i would like to see are somewhere to get vegi food and bacon butties/brunch/hot drinks in a morning."
TERESA - Aug 2022
"Excellent food including wood fire pizza, traditional fish and chips and burgers, crepes, ice cream. Bed extremely comfortable. Type of customers are disappointing as they complained over prices which were actually reflective of the current climate. Seagulls noisy, but still had a great sleep. Really helpful staff and good evening entertainment."
Melanie - Aug 2022
"The location is great, it has direct access to the beach. There are plenty of food options and we found the pricing very reasonable. The caravan was great too, it had everything we needed for our stay and It was spotlessly clean. The location of the caravan was also great, at first we were a little concerned as it was right next to the pool but there wasn’t too much noise apart from the seagulls on the roof. The park facilities such as the pool and entertainment were also good. We took our 3 year old granddaughter and she had a great time, there was plenty to keep her entertained. The staff were all friendly and more than happy to help. The only negative thing was the chippy. They only cook one order at a time which caused a backlog and long waiting time. We would definitely recommend this park and would return."
Verified Guest - Jul 2022
"Lovely place, very happy, friendly staff, Ffion at the swimming pool was great too."
Mike - Jul 2022
"Lovely site in a fabulous location. The caravan was first rate and we had a warm welcome from the staff. Lost a point for on site facilities as we didn't use all of them so can't comment, but there was plenty to do! Would definitely visit again and recommend. (Remember to log out of your Netflix when you leave...!) ?"
Karen - Jul 2022
"Lovely site quite friendly staff caravan was clean the only issue I had was the rubbish being left on the site and beach needs more maintenance to ensure this doesn't happen apart from that it's a lovely place"
Jenifer - Jul 2022
"Caravan was clean in a lovely position comfortable really enjoyed it"
Karen - Jul 2022
"I only booked this on a whim, best decision I ever made. Superb location, onsite facilities are brilliant, staff are friendly and so helpful, evening entertainment in the club is brilliant. Everything is very clean. Would recommend 100%. Defo booking again for 2023"
