The lodge would benefit from modesty panels around the deck area. Unfortunately the hot tub stopped working half way through the holiday!

We just cant wait to come back, the lodge was incredible and if theres one flaw I can find, is dont test the 3-way shower in the twin single bed bathroom when youre fully clothed, that shower has some power!

So much to do in Pembrokeshire and this is a fantastic base from which to explore. We, however, didn't make it that far as there is so much to do at and near St. Florence Springs! Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We would highly recommended it and look forward to visiting again!

High quality new lodge. Everything you need is there. Warm and cosy when cold outside, a real sun trap as soon as it shines. Lovely lake view, terrific sunsets. Wifi a little unstable but other than that it is difficult to fault it.

Hazel Lodge is lovely. When we were battling the "beast from the East" we couldn't have been any warmer or more comfortable. Whilst dealing with extreme cold and vicious winds, the staff ensured we remained frozen pipe free and checked on us regularly. When snowed in they catered for us so we could stay an extra night. The lodge has everything we needed and the furniture and furnishings were to a high standard.
The hot tub was great, even when minus 4 degrees outside, great being in it when it snowed!
Thanks to the team for ensuring we stayed warm and comfortable during a particularly difficult week.

Quite a regular lodge booker, but always tend to stay around the west Yorkshire coast. We was looking for other locations and Florence springs came up in Wales. We scouted the location before booking and everything was great. Arrived at the lodge and it was lovely. The whole area is brilliant wether it be for couples or families. I enjoyed every minute of my stay and are already looking to book again for the summer. Highly recommend this site.

The lodge was clean and well presented and generally well equipped. However it could do with a couple more saucepans and cooking dishes.
Kyria, Cwmbran
Date of stay: 3rd July 2017
The facilities were fantastic. The lodge included a washing machine and dishwasher which were very useful. Lovely yo receive a free bottle of wine as well. My only criticism was that I wish there were hairdryers in the lodge. It was the only thing really that was missing.
Date of stay: 30th June 2017
was to a great standard.

Already booked to stay again next year.

Date of stay: 26th June 2017
We all had a fantastic time at Florence Springs, the lodge was absolutely beautiful and so was the surroundings. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and Welsh cakes, lovely touch! The free game of golf was great fun and the rest of the activities in the neighbouring centre looked fab. You could easily stay in the lodge and chill it's that lovely, although the only down side to our stay was the building work going on which wasn't so relaxing, especially as my partner is a builder and was looking forward to escape from work. Also the hot tub wasn't inspected or topped up with chlorine during our time here so by the third night the water had gone slightly green and wasn't the freshest smelling. Apart from those things it was amazing and we would of rated 10 out of 10! We will recommend to friends and family and also the best restaurant we visited The Salt Cellar in Tenby, beautiful food

Lodge had the wow factor when we arrived. Everything provided. The hot tub was an extra bonus and used every day. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Wish we were still there!

Date of stay: 19th June 2017
The hot tub, whilst not the largest I've used, was nice, with decent controls to get it exactly as you liked. The only issue with that was the little black beetles which seemed to want to get in as well. There's not really much that us or the site owners can do to stop nature doing what it will. However, I did mention it to one of the site managers the next day, and they supplied us with a net, so although we couldn't prevent the issue, we could get them out again afterwards.

Our son is four - and there were a couple of brilliant aspects to our lodge. The first was that the key to the lodge gate was available. So we could actually lock the gate and ensure he could not go a wandering. Secondly, the hot tub cover had all locks attached and operational - so we could fix it at all four points, and feel totally confident that he'd not be able to get into any bother with the tub. That meant a huge deal to us - so thank you Florence Springs.

We really liked that the lodge entrance went directly into the utility room - with a shoe rack. It encourages and reassures that the carpets and floors inside are clean.

There was one downside to the lodge. We were pretty sure that when we booked, it was stated as having a washer/dryer - but it just had a washer actually. Online now, that is what it states - but as the washer/dryer is important to us, we imagine that it was corrected at some time between us booking and staying. Anyway - that would not have been so bad if it were not for the notices saying "do not dry any washing in the lodge". So without a dryer, what should people do? We mentioned it at reception, and they agreed there was a discrepancy somewhere, and supplied us with a clothes horse to get our washing dried.

Got to say from the staff to the accommodation there is nothing we can fault ,It was the most relaxing and peaceful place we have been in 40 years of renting property .The view from the lodge was fantastic looking over the lake to the golf course . The property inside was amazing everything you would need for couples or families plenty space also well thought out arrangement of design plus underfloor heating . My husband commented it was the best sleep he has had in about 10 years beds soooo comfy and last but not least was the lovely hot tub .
Chris, Cheltenham
Date of stay: 3rd March 2017
The lodge was almost brand new and had all the facilities we needed. Upon arrival I requested a travel cot as they advertised that we could rent one. They only had one on site, which was in use, but they went out and bought a new one for us.

Excellent holiday in a great location. Everything you woul want was in the lodge. Due to time of the year we weren't able to assess all the local fascilities as many not up and running. Staff were brilliant and very helpful. Hot tub serviced every day!
Fantastic better than expected will come back soon
Absolutely beautiful lodge and location and will be returning ASAP!
Would have been better if the hot tub was ready to use on the first night!
Spent a long weekend in Beech Lodge at Florence springs & it was beautiful! A lovely spacious lodge with everything you could need! Loved the dressing room area in the main bedroom & the hot tub was perfect to unwind in! Very close by to tenby town & beach & plenty of supermarkets not too far away. Lovely little welcome pack including a nice bottle of Pinot which we enjoyed on the veranda! Definitely go back again!
Really big lodge, wine and Welsh cakes in the lodge nice touch
Amazing time at the Elder lodge ! Everything was clean and tidy and ready to go! Very happy with our stay and would definitely go again!
We had a lovely, relaxing stay here. The lodge was beautiful, modern and fully equipped with lovely welcome gifts. Excellent location. Beautiful surroundings. Would highly recommend.
Peaceful and relaxed
A stunning beautiful lodge with everything you need for a relaxing break. There is nothing on the site so may put some people off but we enjoyed the peace and tranquility.
Spent Easter at the lodge, it was excellent very modern and spotlessly clean with all mod cons. Would definitely recommend it
Amazing lodge with everything you need - ‘home from home’. Perfect weekend with plenty of space for our toddler to roam.
Fabulous lodge. Everything you needed was there. Loads of space and the hot tub was a bonus. Very quiet onsite as there are currently only around 10 lodges there.
High quality new lodge. Everything you need is there. Warm and cosy when cold outside, a real sun trap as soon as it shines. Lovely lake view, terrific sunsets. Wifi a little unstable but other than that it is difficult to fault it.
