First the negitives the times to occupy and to leave only get three full days on a Monday to Friday stay only other thing not a single hook to hang coats etc now the nice things beautiful lodges and grounds clean and well equipped hot tub fantastic just the peace and quiet we needed before going back to work will be going again at some point

Wouldn't book again

Great size and space but little things added up. Shower head wouldn't stay up, lack of equipment for total number of guests.

Booked a lodge to accommodate 9 people, inside seating was inadequate with only two, two seater sofas. Lodge design was badly thought out, the TV was

Beds were very comfy

Booked a romantic relaxing break for 2. No privacy staff constantly walking around the back of the lodge to check the hot tub without knocking on the door first. Emptied hot tub before we even checked out. So intrusive and imagine if we had taken the kids. You have a right to privacy. Very poor management policies and response to my unhappiness. Said it's ok as all staff dbs checked.

Fantastic place

Lovely log cabin, spacious rooms and the hottub is fabulous.

We loved the Villa, although the only thing that let it down was the lack of any basic tea, coffee, etc. It would have also been an idea to include washing up liquid as you don't want to use the dish washer everytime. The local shops are very good with an Aldi, Lidl and Tesco only just around the corner.

Road to site let's it down

Accommodation... drive through to Accommodation down a dirt track full of potholes and scrapyard etc. Marina isn't in use. Accommodation ok. Extra car park no lighting and just mud and dirt. Woken every morning by yapping dog from the other sites surrounding.

Only 2 sofa's and with 7 guests meant 1 had to sit on a dining room chair - needs additional seating

Lovely spacious lodge spotlessly clean

After arriving down the pot hole lane and darkness from the outside the lodge looked great. Nice and big for our party of 7. The space inside was good but for a lodge that sleeps 9 you would expect a full size fridge freezer especially if you had booked a full week. But it's just a fridge with and ice box and the shelf where you put your milk was broke so had even less space and it hadn't been cleaned. The bedding in 1 of the upstairs bedrooms was stained so not sure if that had been changed. With covid you would expect everything to be spotless. No hand sanitizer or soap like it advertises. The best thing about the lodge was the hot tub but then again we had to take it in turns as only seats 4.

Just a little disappointed with not being able to get in before 5pm and leaving for 9. But under the current circumstances it's understandable to assist them cleaning the lodges and giving time to air.

The lodge was very clean and spacious. Bed very comfy and all the kitchen equipment you would need. Very poor with extra facilities, no basic cleaning products supplied such as hand wash or washing up liquid which is very unhygienic with Covid so extra trips to the shop was needed for these.

Beds are extremley comfy, sofas are comfy however covered in stains, carpets and floors filthy

The accomodation we stayed in was fab although it could have done with another sofa or a chair just to give us a little bit more room

Overall great location and set up, very private, would definitely recommend.

The lodge itself was nice and spacious, the hot tub was private, and checked daily. The rooms are nice and big, and spacious living area. We was not provided with any hand soap which we found to be odd. Washing up liquid, bin bags, and a dishwasher tablet provided.

Lacking in kitchen equipment most of it not washed some not useable

Very good, a nice getaway in a good area! A few very small issues, for a example the bathroom locks were all extremely stiff so we were unable to lock it and one toilet seat was completely broken. Apart from that it was very good and clean .

I would definitely consider going again.

great place lodges were lovely

Family Break, lovely accomodation. We were happy with our break. Hot tub was great, clean and had lovely outdoor space.

Apart from sticking doors (due to heat) and hot tub being a bit public the lodge was perfect. Lots of mosquitoes if you leave window open and light on so take your citreonella essense!

We stayed in no 19. This was perfect for us as at the end of the line of cottages therefore quiet

limited crockery and cutlery

We had a lovely short break, relaxing in the hot tub and taking in some beautiful scenery on some of the walks around North Lincolnshire. I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for some quiet time to recharge your batteries and relax. If your looking for a peaceful location and a laid back break then this is the ideal place.

Great get away and nice a quiet. An ideal place to relax with just a short walk to the town.
The road in does have pot holes but its fine if you take it slowly and they do tell you about this on your welcome email

Beautiful lodge and definitely a perfect place for relaxation and rest. Some little bits of the lodge could do with some TLC and no WiFi was a bit of an issue but overall was lovely. Location was a bit rough and the road to the lodge was horrendous (this is already warned before arrival but it is crazy that it cannot be fixed). I'd certainly recommend as it was a great lodge with lots of facilities.

Great Holiday. Already Looking At Coming Back!!

The lodges were nice and clean and well equiped. The only staff member we saw was the man that attended to the hot tubs on a daily basis but he was lovely and you could have a laugh with him.There is building work going on but it didnt bother us at all and we were informed when we actually booked.The only negative really is the lane leading to the lodges which is very bumpy and strewn with rubbish. There is a travellers site near the entrance to the lodges (which did put us off a bit as you can only have one car at the lodge, others have to go in the overflow carpark) but that was fine no problems at all you even get greeted by their cute little dog who runs to show you where the lodges are.

Overall we had an enjoyable time and we would go back, they arent joking about the pot hole road though, that takes some skilled driving.

Lovely peaceful surroundings the lodge was comfortable and had everything we needed. The hot tub was splendid and had plenty of use over the week. Brigg was a good base for surrounding beaches and cities, we had a fabulous stay thank you ?

Spacious clean lodge . Well positioned and lovely hot tub with loads of outside space. Downsides were a bit lacking on essential items .. ie, no oven glove, chopping board, tea towel,etc .. However, don’t be put off by previous bad reviews!! The lodges are really great, there were no issues, the marina is just a pond but site was a good base to explore the area ..

We really enjoyed the holiday the lodge was fantastic and the hot tub was spot on. I had read a few bad reviews and thought I could just use it as a base. But I spent more time relaxing in the hot tub than going places.
