"The lodge was fantastic. Very modern, clean, tidy and spacious!Loads of great facilities and almost everything was catered for.The only minor downside was we had some issues with the gas grill kept cutting out after a while of use but it worked long enough to cook bacon.Although not necessary, there were power and aerial points in the bedrooms but no TVs which would have just been a nice touch and sometimes we like to put the tv on when we go to bed.However, this is by far the nicest lodge (static caravan) we have ever stayed in and well worth the upgrade."

"Staff were fantastic on sight, they were warm and welcoming, even worked past their time to make us some very good pizzas! Thank you so much!. The caravan was neat, tidy and modern, soo thankful of the welcome pack and the kids loved the kids box. I would 100% book this place again and consider bringing my dog as it was very dog friendly with outside dog showers, poo bags and treats by the front door. About a 15 minute walk to the beach which was great with the kids as there was a lot to look at, pine cones and a park then some shops and the beach. This has to be one of my favourite places Ive ever been to."

"My recent stay at Sun Heaven Holiday House was an overall beautiful experience. The scenery is breathtaking, and the location offers a perfect escape. The cleanliness of the facilities was outstanding, contributing to a very pleasant atmosphere.However, I did encounter a drawback with the two young receptionists when I inquired about upgrading to a larger portocabin next to mine for an extra cost. Unfortunately, the response I received lacked detail and enthusiasm, which was disappointing, especially since that particular portocabin remained vacant throughout my stay.Despite this hiccup, my overall experience at Sun Heaven was brilliant, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway."

"We really enjoyed our stay in the shepherds hut. The beds were super comfy and it had all the amenities we could ask for. The shower was powerful and really hit the spot after a long day. The hot tub was definitely the highlight - perfect for relaxing in the evening. Only thing missing was a tiny ironing board, but no biggie!"

"We stayed here for the first time in September and honestly, it was pretty lovely. We booked a standard pet-friendly caravan, though I must say, its quite on the cosy side - definitely better suited if youre only there for a short stay or dont mind a bit of compactness. We had a little hiccup early on with the caravan, but the staff at reception were fantastic - super helpful and quick to sort things out. We were moved to a new place within half an hour, so no real hassle there. The site itself has a peaceful vibe, perfect for unwinding and we really enjoyed the woodland walk to the beach - about 15 minutes each way, which was just right. We also appreciated that the small shop stocked emergency supplies, in case you forget something at the supermarket. The laundrette is a bit pricey, but handy if youre in a pinch. We checked out some of the other caravan options and have already booked for 2025 - the luxury and premium ones look great and will be better for us, especially with the dogs and needing more space. The standard pet-friendly was a bit tight, but manageable. The only downside was the cleaning - some bits could be a lot cleaner, with stains and build-up in places, though I always bring wipes with me. The carpets could do with a clean too. I dropped my towel on the bedroom floor and found it covered in what I think was leftover makeup from a previous guest. But overall, we loved it and are really looking forward to next year!"

"We visited for the first time in September for two weeks. We booked a standard pet friendly caravan. We did have an issue with something about the caravan a few days in and went to reception. The staff were very helpful and efficient in resolving the situation and we were moved within half an hour to new accommodation.The site itself is so lovely, quiet and a great place to unwind. We love the woodland walk to the beach which took us about 15 minutes each way. We liked that the little shop had emergency supplies in case you forgot anything at the supermarket. The laundrette is a expensive but handy if youre desperate.We had a look around a few of the other types of caravans and booked for 2025. The luxury and premium caravans are lovely and will suit us better having dogs and needing more space. The standard pet friendly is very compact!The cleaning could be a bit better as there were build ups in places and swipes of staining here and there but I always bring cleaning wipes on holiday with me for things like that. The carpets could definitely do with a clean too. I accidentally dropped my towel on the bedroom floor and when I picked it up it was covered in a previous guests makeup (which I assume had broken up). Overall we loved it and have rebooked. We are excited for next year and the relaxation to come."
