Holiday Resort Unity Reviews

"Beautiful Van Q3 - 10/10 was like a home from home - would definitely book again."
James - Apr 2025
"We stayed in this lovely caravan and really enjoyed our time there. The lodge is beautifully kept and in a great spot on the site. Only minor things, the sofa and chairs could use a higher backrest since theyre quite low and the curtains would be better if they were a bit taller so the TV isnt blocked by sunlight through the top windows. Just raising the curtain poles and adding some length would fix it easily. Overall, wed happily book again - its really nice and clean too!"
Emma Clarke - Nov 2024
"Beautiful caravan/lodge we loved it.However the sofa and chairs could do with a shoulder back rest very low. The main issue is the curtains could do with being higher as when sun shine in through the top windows which is lovely you cannot se the TV wherever you sit. Just along the side windows could easily fixed by higher the poles and add length to curtains Other than that would book again it's lovely and in a nice position on the site. Big thumps up. Also clean."
Verified Guest - Nov 2024
"Really enjoyed our stay, the caravan was spacious and super comfy throughout!"
Emma Carter - Oct 2024
"Our Holiday Resort Unity review: Caravan was great plenty of room hot water and heating easy to use"
Verified Guest - Oct 2024
"Honestly, the place wasnt quite up to scratch. The windows were really stiff and the front door catch nearly fell off, which was a bit worrying. The cookers buttons are so faint that its easy to get mixed up and someone might end up burning themselves. The insides pretty basic, but we made do. Still, we had a decent time overall, so it wasnt too bad!"
Emma Carter - Jun 2024
"Honestly, our stay in the Platinum 3 caravan was a bit of a letdown. When we arrived, the van wasnt very clean and one of the rooms was missing bed linen, which I had to trek back to reception to get since their text service was painfully slow. I ended up cleaning the place myself before we could settle in properly. As for the decking - we paid extra for it, expecting a nice outdoor space, but it was a real disappointment. It was barely 4 feet wide, so moving around was awkward and the view was straight into a neighbours garden, which wasnt what we hoped for. The second twin bedroom was tiny too, barely enough room for my 18-month-old. We also tried to use the WiFi, but no password was given, so we couldnt connect at all. The only good thing was the allocated parking spot right next to the van, which was handy. The play park was alright but lacked enough safe options for younger kids. The splash park was definitely the highlight - the whole family loved it, from toddler to teenager. We skipped the theme park though; it was way too pricey for what you get. Overall, not the best experience but some decent bits."
Harper - Jun 2024
"My general rating of a Platinum 3 caravan is "ok" The van wasnt very clean, we had one room with no bed linen which i had to go back to reception to get as their text service was far too slow. And i ended up cleaning the van myself before we settled in. The van was disappointing to say the least. We had paid for one with decking, well what a waste of money, the decking wasn't even 4ft wide, you could barley move on it. The "view" from the decking was into a private vans back garden area. The 2nd twin bedroom was tiny, lucky it was only for my 18 month old. The van had wifi access but we were not provided with the password for it so could not use this facility. The only positive of the van was it had allocated parking right next to the van.Tha play park was ok, although not a lot for the younger children that is safe for them. The splash park was brilliant and all the family enjoyed it fro. 30yrs to 18 months. We did not entertain the theme park as was far too expensive for what was on offer."
Georgina - Jun 2024
"Really loved the place, it was super clean and very modern."
Emma - Apr 2024
"We stayed in this caravan and found it pretty decent overall. Its tucked away nicely, away from the busy spots, which was a bonus. The place was spotless and the living room and main bedroom were a good size. However, dont expect towels, a hair dryer, or any laundry appliances. The twin beds in the smallest room are tiny - really only suitable for kids. Still, we enjoyed our stay!"
Emma Clarke - Nov 2023
"We had a fantastic week at Rjs; the entertainment was top-notch, really kept us laughing! The taverns menu was a bit limited and pricey, but honestly, it didnt spoil the trip. Were already planning our next visit, cant wait!"
Emma - Jun 2023
"Really enjoyed our stay, plenty to keep us busy!"
Lucy - Jul 2020
"Great stay overall, despite booking last minute due to everything going on."
James - Jul 2020
"Had a fantastic weekend, loved the caravan makeover and exploring nearby spots, really enjoyed it!"
Emma - Jul 2020
"Had a great time, will come back and tell everyone about this place. Cheers!"
Alex - Jul 2020
"The caravan was really cosy and clean, which we appreciated. Just wish we could sit outside comfortably, so upgrading to one with decking is next!"
Emma - Jul 2020
"It's a bit frustrating when some drivers ignore the 15 mph limit, but overall, it's a decent service. Cheers!"
Emma - Nov 2019
"Great place, would return"
Sammy - Nov 2019
"Great spot for exploring, we really enjoyed it here."
Emma - Oct 2019
"Really enjoyed it, would definitely come back"
Emma - Oct 2019
"Had an incredible weekend with them, honestly one of the best experiences we've had all year. Can't wait to return!"
Oliver - Sep 2019
"We stayed in a lovely caravan, which was quite comfortable overall. The only small hassle was the lack of a proper sharp knife-there was just a peeler and a flimsy carving knife, neither very sharp! Also, there was no clothes airer to hang towels and swimwear, which was a bit of an inconvenience. Nothing major, just petty things really."
Alex - Sep 2019
"Great experience overall, would definitely visit again sometime soon."
Emma - Aug 2019
"Had a great first visit to Unity, definitely planning to return. Food was lovely and good value. Clean site!"
Martin - Aug 2019
"The caravan was well equipped and spotless. We couldve used a vacuum midweek after a bit of beach sand, but overall, the kids really enjoyed the entertainment options. Nice stay!"
Emma - Aug 2019
"We really enjoyed our stay! The space was fantastic with bedrooms at both ends, so no more awkward shuffle. Pillows were a bit noisy, but overall, a brilliant place to stay. Definitely coming back!"
Clara - Aug 2019
"Looking forward to returning, it was truly lovely!"
Emma - Aug 2019
"Not for us sorry."
Carole - Aug 2022
"We had a lovely family holiday we would do it again"
Linda - Aug 2022
"Very disappointed with the theme park, charged £5 to walk around the park with our grandkids who went on the rides and we did not go on any. Very disappointed and only went in the once."
David - Aug 2022
"We had a lovely family holiday - caravan was spacious, well-equipped, clean and well positioned to get to all the facilities and entertainment venues on site and also to the beach. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend this caravan site."
Deborah - Aug 2022
"Was awesome… was so happy with the van had everything u need kids loved it… only thing I didn’t like was mattresses they were like sleeping on a board so maybe bit of improvement there would be good for comfort … but other than that had a wicked time love unity :)"
Dave - Jul 2022
"Overall the holiday was a good one the caravan was really nice modern and clean had everything you needed, booking with hoseason it was separate from the other built up caravans part it was quite a lot of room outside, we had to wait till 5pm to get in and it didn’t help it was the hottest day of the year lucky they let us in an hour early! the staff was very helpful they had 2 club houses rjs which very loud and full of people more performance and the tavern which was a lot more chilled and more Involvement for the kids like games dancing prizes. The beach was lovely beautiful sandy just a walk away swimming was great it had amusement parks, karting rides a ice cream parlour, sweet shack, market on Monday and Sunday! And boot sale Wednesday, has a fantastic time"
Charlie - Jul 2022
"Brilliant holiday, couldn't fault it. Will definitely be returning again soon"
Louise - Jul 2022
"Lovely holiday But really could do with a swimming pool you don't have to pay for every time!"
