"The superior 8 caravan was nice enough, but fairly basic and quite cramped. We managed as a family of four with a teen and a tween, but the beds were too small for them really, and there wouldn't have been room for any more people to sit comfortably at the dining table. It would have been nice to have a bedside light in the bedrooms, rather than just to main light. The hot tub was easy to use and well-maintained."

"We stayed in a lodge that definitely needs some sprucing up, but it was pretty clean inside, apart from the oven and grill pan. The bed was comfy, which was a plus. The outside was a bit grimy, including the windows, but the location was brilliant-really secluded and peaceful. We loved relaxing on the decking after giving the chairs and table a quick wipe, watching ducks, geese and rabbits doing their thing. Overall, not perfect, but we enjoyed it!"

"We really enjoyed the location, its a beautiful spot, but the roads do need some fixing - those potholes are a bit of a pain. The lodge itself was lovely and we felt it was good value for the weekend. Sadly, the outside hot tub lights didnt work and despite reporting it, no one came to fix it, which was disappointing. Also, the lodge sleeps 7 but only has 4 chairs, so we couldnt all sit together for meals, which was a bit of a letdown. Still, overall, a nice stay!"

There were a few maintenance issues that shouldve been caught during cleaning, but nothing too major. Some of the roads could do with fixing-lots of potholes and drainage problems, probably from the flooding. Wed stay again!"

"We really enjoyed our stay! The lodge was spotless, comfy and beautifully decorated. The warm atmosphere made it perfect, especially by the stunning lake. Only minor issues were the table suited for six but seating on the sofas felt a bit tight for four adults. Hot tub was always checked daily. Definitely recommend!"

"We had a lovely time at the park, especially since the weather was so nice. The scenery really helps set a relaxed vibe. However, the reception staff seemed a bit unsure at times, which was a little frustrating. We arrived earlier than planned and asked if we could get into the caravan sooner; they took our number and said they'd call us when it was ready. We waited around, but when we returned at 2 pm, another staff member wasnt very friendly and told us it wouldnt be until 4 pm. With a dog and two kids, that was quite a wait with nowhere to go. Eventually, they gave us passes to use the facilities which was helpful. I just think waiting until 4 pm to access the caravan and pool isnt ideal, especially on such a hot day with no real shade around. Maybe they could make the keys available a bit earlier, that would be better for families."

"We visited Tattershall Lakes for the first time over Easter weekend. The caravan and decking were lovely, really comfortable. However, we did have to wait most of the day for someone to fix the shower because the water was cold - not ideal when you want a quick wash! The site itself is quite busy and we noticed a lot of traffic passing through, especially with kids on bikes and scooters zooming around. It felt a bit risky at times, particularly since our caravan faced the road, so the noise and speed were pretty noticeable. On the plus side, wed be happy to come back and would recommend it to friends. One thing that surprised us was seeing dogs in the restaurant sitting at tables while food was being served - not something we expected, but I guess its allowed. Overall, a mixed experience but still enjoyable!"

"We had a fantastic weekend at TriBeCa! The place was spotless and the hot tubs were always clean and inviting. The kids were so excited about the bunk beds - they loved the quirky style. The towels were fresh and fluffy, which was a nice touch. Outside, everything was tidy and the ducks were hilarious - they even came knocking on the door looking for food, which the kids found hilarious! The only small thing wed suggest is adding a vegetable peeler in the kitchen - we managed with a knife, but it wouldve made things easier. As someone with allergies, I was a bit disappointed that we couldnt book pet-free accommodation. The place looked super clean, but sitting on the sofa still made me itch, probably from previous dog hairs. It would be so helpful if holidays could offer options with or without pets. Still, we all had a lovely time and the kids didnt want to leave at all!"
