St Helens Coastal Resort Reviews

"Really enjoyed our stay! The place felt super welcoming, spacious enough for everyone and our furry friend was happy too."
Claire - Oct 2024
"Great value for money, very tidy and fully equipped-towels included too! Lovely stay."
Linda - Oct 2024
"We really enjoyed our stay at this cosy holiday home. It had all the essentials and was super comfortable for relaxing. The pub nearby was lovely and its a perfect spot for exploring. Well definitely be back!"
Emma - Oct 2024
"Really enjoyed our stay, everything was spot on. The place was well kept, comfy and the hot tub was clearly looked after. Definitely recommend!"
Alex - Sep 2024
"Our St Helens Coastal Resort review: Great caravan, really well kept and the decking outside is lovely."
James - Aug 2024
"We stayed in this place and found it to be pretty spacious with plenty of storage, which was great. The kitchen was massive but a bit under-equipped - no chopping board, no bowls and a missing fridge shelf made organising tricky. The cleaning wasnt quite up to scratch; a few window catches needed fixing and the shower had leaks that needed resealing. The shower and bath drains were really slow, which was a bit of a pain, though we did report it. On the bright side, the hot tub was fantastic and well looked after by friendly staff. Overall, a lovely holiday, but for a luxury lodge, a few things could be improved."
James - Jul 2024
"We stayed at this lovely lodge. Shower pressure was great, but the outdoor furniture could do with a clean. The oven took ages, but everything else was spot on!"
Emma - Jul 2024
"We stayed in a lovely caravan that really exceeded our expectations. The en-suite was a bonus and having a second bathroom with two loos was definitely handy! The kitchen was roomy and well-equipped and the sofa was super comfy. We also loved the private veranda with table and chairs-such a nice touch! Definitely recommend."
Emma Clarke - Jul 2024
"We had a great time in the caravan, super comfy and perfect for relaxing. Even with the rain, just sitting inside with a good book was lovely. Would recommend!"
Chris - Jul 2024
"Very calming place"
Emma - Jun 2024
"The caravan was spot-on, really well kitted out and in top shape. The decking was perfect for the dog! Quite pleased."
Emma Carter - May 2024
"So, overall, our stay had a few hiccups. The hot tub was missing the middle bar, which made lifting the cover quite a struggle for two people; one of us nearly dropped it! The door latch was behind the fence, so we couldn't keep it open easily-felt a bit inconvenient. The floors in the kitchen and shower were uneven and the shower itself was a bit tricky to use without risking a fall, so a heads-up for others might be good. We also found it odd that there were no instructions on how to operate the fire; we couldnt get it going without the TV on, which was strange. Wi-Fi wasnt great either, but honestly, we enjoyed the break from constant connectivity. Still, having no service at times was a pain when we needed to sort something out. Not terrible, but definitely some room for improvement."
Emma Carter - Apr 2024
"We stayed in a luxury lodge that looked nice but was quite tired in places. The sofas had stains and some tiles in the kitchen were lifting, which was a bit disappointing. There were cobwebs in the bathrooms too, so a good clean would help. Noticing rodents running between lodges wasnt great, but the staff were really helpful throughout our stay."
Emma - Apr 2024
