"Overall, we had a great stay. The place had everything we needed and while there were a few tiny issues like a missing TV remote and an oddly fitting toilet seat, they didnt really spoil our holiday. We could have mentioned them, but honestly, it wasnt worth the hassle. The staff were really friendly and we had an amazing time despite those minor quirks!"

"We found the lodge to be quite good value for the end of March. The hot tub was definitely a highlight-used it every single day! Maybe a roof over it would be handy when it rains. The place was spotless, beds were comfy and it had all we needed. Nice stay overall!"
Emma Clarke - Apr 2024
"We had a fantastic four-day escape, exploring beautiful spots and relaxing in the hot tub-absolutely loved it!"
Emma - Mar 2024
"We booked this little trip as a surprise for our partners 50th birthday and honestly, we had a lovely time. When we arrived, the staff were super friendly and welcoming. They mentioned the hot tub would be ready around 5.30 or 6 pm, but it wasnt until late that it was heated up at 2 am - a bit of a letdown since we couldnt use it after 10 pm. The cottage itself was perfect, really cosy and warm, with everything we needed. The only minor issue was the towels - we only got two bath sheets and two hand towels and ended up using one as a mat after the bath, which wasnt ideal. Also, some outside hooks for towels would have been handy. Despite those little things, wed definitely come back. The hot tub was the highlight and wed recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing break."
Harriet - Feb 2024
"I cannot rate this place highly enough! The Lodge was Immaculate and had everything we needed (alot more than the usual holiday accomodation!) We would not hesitate to go back and are thinking of booking for next year! Keep up the good work!!"
