Bryn Eiddon Log Cabin

Open fire and hot tub were great. The lodge is really warm and cosy with beautiful views. A great base to explore this part of Wales.

Well presented property in a tranquil rural location. Lodge was well equipped and owners very friendly and helpful. Dogfriendly beaches not too far away Aberdyfi and Barmouth worth a visit. Some stunning scenery and walks. Hot tub was marvellous!

We had the most amazing time during our stay! The views from the cabin are absolutely breathtaking, and relaxing in the hot tub while soaking them in was pure bliss. The only visitors we had were sheep and cows, which delighted both the children and our Dog. There are so many lovely walks right from the cabin, and Aberdyfi Beach was a highlight for us. Its dogfriendly with a large section just for them, and we enjoyed it so much we visited twice! We also explored the Steam Railway about 45 minutes away which was a great experience, and the White Water Rafting around an hours drive was thrillingjust make sure to book in advance. Conveniently, theres a Coop just 10 minutes away with excellent EV charging facilities in the car park. The local Fish and Chip shop was delicious, and being able to order online for collection was a nice bonus. We can 100 recommend this place and are already planning our next visit. Its the perfect mix of relaxation, nature, and adventure!

Our second stay at this beautifully situated cabin. Clean, comfortable and well appointed. The hot tub affords amazing views of the surrounding mountains. Our dog loves the well fenced garden. Very friendly and hospitable owner. I can highly recommend this property.

A great lodge located in an amazing place in the lovely Welsh hills! Everything you need for a relaxing quiet stay with great owners who are so nice and helpful. Seeing the Red Kites flying above the lodge was amazing and a great hot tub. The town of Machenlleth is 5.1 miles away and has everything you need to stock up with whilst on holiday, Our first stay in a Sykes Lodge but we will be back!

Bryn Eiddon Log Cabin was lovely and its faciliities fully met all our expectations which isnt often the case. The stunning views, an actually hot hot tub and lovely sunny weather exceeded them. Beautiful location to unwind in surrounded by some very entertaining lambs when we stayed. The owner Bethan checked in with us to make sure everything was ok and was lovely. This place is a real gem.

Loved our second stay at Bryn Eiddon. The best thing about this cabin is it's truly secluded. I've booked things before that say secluded and they really aren't but I love that this is in a middle of a field and you're surrounded by sheep. cabin is clean and has everything you need. Hot tub is fantastic and if you keep your eyes peeled there's teeny bunnies living under the decking.

This is the perfect stay if you are looking for a nice chilled holiday, of pure peace and quite. The views are stunning and worth watching in the morning and evening. With the red kites and sheep makes you feel with nature. Thank you Make sure have essentials as nearest shop is 15 min drive away

Amazing property with exceptional views, the hot tub was a real treat and we witnessed some amazing sunsets during our stay. The WiFi was a bit hit and miss at times and I only downgraded the cleanliness score as there were some stray pet hairs but appreciate this is a pet friendly property and its not always easy to get them all. Overall we had a fantastic week and would happily recommend and return.

Beautiful Log Cabin, in a perfect location, it really is home from home it has everything you could need and the prosecco and filter coffee are a beautiful extra touch, Bethan the host is amazing nothing was to much trouble for her, she even turned up with a bottle of wine when she found out we got engaged. We can't wait to come again

Fantastic property. Very well equipped, great decor, comfortable beds, great shower, great decking, lovely hottub and the views!!!! Owner very helpful after issue with broadband. Highly recommend this property. Love it.

Our stay at the Bryn Eiddon was so enjoyable and will leave us with wonderful memories. The property was made so welcoming by the owners with special touches that we really appreciated. To wake up every day and see the amazing views from the lodge felt such a privilege, its such a beautiful place. Was also an ideal location to take our dog for walks right from the lodge. As we stayed late OctNov we wondered if the lodge may be a bit cold, but this wasnt the case it was extremely cosy. We couldnt recommend the Bryn Eiddon enough and cant wait to visit again!

Superb cabin in a beautiful location. Cabin was spotless when we arrived and all equipment is like new . Hot tub was lovely and hot and perfect for watching the clouds drift by being undercover was a bonus for when it rains. Only negative or positive to somewas zero phone signal on EE and Vodafone but this is beyond owners control.
