Pool View Lodge is a large, modern farm lodge with stunning mountain views located in Meifod, Powys. This single-storey retreat sits on a working farm in the Welsh countryside where the sheep are your only nosy neighbours. You'll love the stylish bi-fold doors that open onto a decked area where you can enjoy those rolling hills and this lodge has earned perfect 5.0 guest ratings from every visitor. As with all our properties, there's a fantastic hot tub for evening soaks under the stars!

About Pool View Lodge

Inside you'll find an open-plan living space with a corner sofa, flame-effect fire and Smart TV. The kitchen has fancy touch-open cupboards and modern appliances. Choose from two bedrooms await - a king-size with en-suite shower and TV, plus a twin room with its own TV. There's also a family bathroom with double basins.

If you love to explore and see new things, visit Powys Castle (just park in Welshpool and walk up) where you'll spot reindeer and sheep roaming freely. The property is also a couple of miles from local shops and pubs.

This National Trust site is one of the finest in Wales. The stunning castle was once a medieval fortress and has been remodelled several times over the last 400 years. The Great Hall is home to some amazing collections of paintings as well as sculptures and tapestries. The gardens are world famous with stunning areas of French and Italian style as well as a gorgeous orangery. Children's activities can be enjoyed during school holidays and on special occasions such as Halloween and Christmas.
