"Site was very clean and tidy. Lodge was spacious and comfortable. Hot tub was great. Grand children would have liked a swimming pool.I was surprised that there was no recycling facilities for rubbish."

"Was in Apartment 1 (sleeps 4) Asked for someone to come and sort the bad smell in the bathroom twice, no one came. It seems to be coming from the shower rather than the toilet. We only stayed 4 nights so we didnt keep pestering reception and was out a lot with other family (in their lodge) on site.Accommodation is way too close to the showbar (Which I didnt know when I booked). Was very loud, had to turn the tv up.The Accommodation should be listed as "close to the showbar and can be loud" on the booking listing. Also, "steep steps to apartment" also needs to be stated. I really struggled with this as I have a bad lower back and Osteoarthritis in my hips (was fully booked so couldn't swap accommodation)Please put a long mirror in the bedroom, the mirror there was way too high to see what I was wearing, had to stand on the bed to see my dress.Apart from all this, in general, the apartment was lovely, the surroundings were lovely, the staff were polite, food was good and entertainment was brill. I cant put less stars as I believe as the apartment is new, these are teething problems. We normally stay in a Lodge, have been for the past 4 years with no problems at all but they were fully booked this time.Thank you for having us."

"Very clean caravan, great location, good fishing and quiet site. Only improvements is lakes for fishing could do with be labelled on the map with what stock they hold and food in the restaurant needs improvement, very basic cheap chicken burgers."

"We had a lovely stay at this holiday park! The lodge was really roomy and super comfy, with a massive 65" TV and a hot tub which everyone loved. The deck had a lockable gate, so it felt very safe. The shop on site was well-stocked, which was handy. All in all, a fantastic place to unwind!"

"We stayed in this caravan recently and really appreciated how spacious and spotless it was. The park itself is lovely and well maintained, which made the whole experience nice. The only downside was the sofas and mattress - they werent very comfy, probably due to the age of the caravan. Still, we enjoyed our stay overall!"

"We recently stayed at the lodge with a group of four adults and three kids and honestly, it was quite a mixed bag. The place itself was spacious, clean and really cosy, which we appreciated. However, upon arrival, we noticed a few issues - a door with a hole, a cupboard off its hinges and a toilet seat that wasnt fixed on properly. We also couldnt get the oven to work and sadly, no one came to fix any of it during our two-night stay, which was a bit disappointing. That said, the peaceful atmosphere made up for some of the hassle. We decided to eat at the restaurant, which was a bit limited since they were out of many menu items, but what we did try was tasty enough. The only real downer was with the arcade machines - the kids loved them, but on the first night, they shut early for an event, so we promised to go back the next day. Unfortunately, on the second night, no staff was available to swap their tickets, leaving the kids pretty gutted before we had to leave early next morning. Itd be better if they only had the machines on when staff is around to operate them."

"We stayed at the lodge recently and overall it was quite a nice place. The beds and sofas were super comfy, which was great after a long day. That said, it couldve done with a quick hoover, especially since we were there for a few days. There was a bucket but no mop, so cleaning was a bit tricky. The main bathroom's toilet roll holder and the ensuite towel rack both fell off, which was a bit annoying. The hot tub was lovely but the temp reader only showed part of the reading, so we werent always sure how hot it was. A manual on the controls wouldve been handy, but we heard a new one is on its way. Still, we enjoyed our stay!"

"The lodge was spacious, heating very warm. The seats were well worn so didn't offer a lot of support. Needed a mop for the floor especially as there is a hot tub. En suite needs a toilet brush and bathmat.Lovely double bedroom with ensuite. The single beds were a good size. Needs more cutlery."

"We really enjoyed our time here. The lodge was spacious and perfect for relaxing after busy days. Having a full-sized bath was great for the kids and the dishwasher and washing machine in the kitchen made life so much easier. Would definitely come back!"

"Absolutely fantastic break. The lodge was 100% and the sunken hot tub was a real bonus. Only negative point is there was an horrendous sewage smell from the cesspit behind the lodge, (BR37) something needs to be done about that."

"Love this place, great destination, not overly crowded like other sites, bar onsite serves great food, staff are friendly, hot tub and lodge was great. One downside was the mattress in the bedroom was shocking and gave my partner a bad back. But other than that it was another brilliant holiday there."

"Went for a long weekend to celebrate birthdays (ages 21-24). Stayed in platinum lodge, was worth the money. Had welcome bits in there which was a lovely gesture. Hot tub was amazing on the decking and rooms were good. Wasn’t much to do around the area. Shop on site and was a tesco 3-4 mins away which was handy."

"We loved our lodge, very clean too. The site is nice to be honest and you do have a bar and restaurant but the food suppliers could do with a change as the cheesy chips and anything with this type of cheese, no idea what!, is really not good at all. Bit far out for the beach but if you drive thats not such a problem."

"We had a fantastic week.!!!! The caravan was changed for us because I booked the wrong van by mistake as when booking the pictures showed us a normal caravan and it was a wheel chair friendly caravan. But it was sorted out with no questions and we were given a brand new van it was lovely and very clean. a member of staff in the bar called Richard was very nice and made us feel welcome. The fishing lakes were perfect caught alot of fish throughout the week. The food was fantastic. The entertainment was great although we struggled to hear what was being said the mic wasn't very clear. The only thing missing was a pool. also menus for local takeaways that delivered to the site/van we was given some phone numbers but had to Google the menus and some didn't deliver. Very close to mablethorpe. We didn't have a hoover or cleaning products so had to make do with what we had."

"Lovely lodge very clean great hot tub comfortable beds washer, dishwasher and plenty of utensils and outdoor furniture. Everything you need really and also a decent little supermarket on site an added bonus of the platinum lodge is that the cleaners will provide a daily bed making facility and a quick sweep up . Only downside no mattress protectors on 2 of the single beds and only one pillow per person and no spare bedding which is sometimes needed when you have children although I’m sure if it was required the staff would have sorted it out and I’m sure they would have given us extra pillows if we had asked. This is the 3rd time we have stopped at the Grange Leisure Park and we have always throughly enjoyed it. It’s a great location and we were lucky enough to get a platinum lodge that didn’t overlook the road. We will definitely be staying again."
