"Fabulous accommodation. Much more spacious than we were expecting. Lovely fluffy towels and little extras that made our stay feel that bit more special. The kitchen was really well equipped and the whole design was a very clever use of space. A modern, clean and comfortable stay in a beautiful location."

"Property (a 2 bedroom lodge with hot tub) was well kitted out and very clean. Plenty of room for 4 people.Now the only negative... and this is me personally, it may not affect others. The site advertising that they have WiFi, which like I say I need while I am away. However, only selected lodges had WiFi. The shop and a communal area have WiFi but it is poor quality. When I filter for WiFi to be available and the description has not said 'only available in communal areas' I do expect it to be available in the accommodation. There is no mobile signal in the site, which obviously is not their fault, so I could not even hot spot."

"Fabulous site ! First time visiting Waxham Sands we were so happy with our short break here. We stopped over Easter and was so nice gesture to have a chocolate egg for the children on arrival - also the Easter hunt was a really special added touch . Staff were so friendly , welcoming and helpful . The shop was handy with a decent coffee machine . Kids play area excellent quality and location right next to the beach was fab! The cabin we stayed in was modern clean and comfortable everything you needed to enjoy a home from home getaway. "The lodge we stayed in was big enough for four adults and our pet it was surprisingly spacious the bedrooms were slightly on the small side but couldn't fault the rest of the lodge it was clean and all the facilities you need and a lovely welcoming with biscuits and other essentials was a lovely touch there local milk and a fruit juice that was lovely"

We had a dog friendly one and when you walked in you would not of known it was a dog caravan, it was lovely smelling and no stains anywhere!Bedding was clean,we had treats for the dogs and biscuits for us with a bottle of milk and tea bags so we could have a lovely cuppa when we checked in. Would recommend the caravan to anyone, very happy with our stay."

"We had a fantastic experience! The van felt brand new and was spotless, clearly well cared for. The welcome hamper for us and the dog was such a lovely touch-really made us feel welcome. We also appreciated the hoover, brushes and mops tucked away in the cupboards; they made it easy to keep the sand and dog hair under control. As dog owners, cleanliness is key and this setup definitely made our trip easier and more enjoyable. Would definitely recommend!"
