About Home Farm Park Luxury Barns

History is combined with modern touches at Home Farm Park Luxury Barns, where guests have the opportunity to stay in gorgeous, restored period barn conversions within the stunning Lincolnshire countryside.

Whether you'd prefer to relax in your lovely accommodation to admire the lake side views, or venture out to nearby Skegness, Ingoldmells or Mablethorpe, Home Farm Park luxury barns is ideal for anyone looking for a Lincolnshire countryside escape.

Keen fishermen and women will also love the access to on-site fishing being available (at an extra cost). But if that’s not your cup of tea sandy beaches are only a short walk away!

Whether you're fishing or relaxing by the sea, you’ll need a place to call home for a short while. This is where Home Farm Park Luxury Barns comes in. With many accommodation types featuring private hot tubs, it's no wonder that 'luxury' is in the name!

For those on a romantic retreat, or simply travelling with a small young family, the Meal House is a fantastic option, sleeping two guests in a king-size bedroom. There’s plenty of space to relax outside with a glass of bubbly in the hot tub or on the private patio area furniture. There's underfloor heating and an authentic log burner - enough to keep you warm even in the colder months!

The Farmhouse is one of the larger property options, sleeping up to six people. The three bedrooms include a king-size master bedroom with en suite bathroom, one with two twin beds, and another king-size bed.  There is ample living space in the open plan kitchen/diner and living area, complete with TV.

Don't forget to dive into the welcome pack before relaxing in the private hot tub and putting your head down for the night before a day’s adventure in Lincolnshire!

For something to keep the whole family entertained, Nature-land Seal Sanctuary is a great option.  Follow the steps of rehabilitation for these pups rescued from Wong the Lincolnshire coast - but don't forget to say hero to the tropical butterflies, penguins, meerkats, and seals too! Stop off at the Blue Lagoon restaurant to refuel before heading back to Home Farm Park.  It's a fantastic, educational spot to spend the day as a family together and only a fifteen-minute drive from Burgh le Marsh.

Anyone fancying themselves a historian or gardener, or couples simply looking for beautiful outdoor walks, will want to visit Gunby hall. This 18th century country house is surrounded by Victorian walled gardens and was home to the Massingberd family for more than two hundred and fifty years! Whether you want to be inspired by the eight acres of gardens on show at Gunby, explore the country house and its history, or simply stop all at the tea-room for a slice of cake, it's a lovely way to enjoy Lincoln’s history - whatever the weather.

Thrill seeking families and couples – or anyone young at heart! – should head to Fantasy Island, where there’s plenty of rides and activities to keep everyone entertained.   For those who prefer to keep their adventure at ground level, there’s Ingoldmells market – Europe’s largest seven-day market – perfect for wandering around and picking up some souvenirs to take home!

Home Farm Park Luxury Barns Reviews

"Absolutely stunning place only down full was didn't like the staff coming in the garden with out knocking or asking knowing my children were in there half clothed as just got out of hit tub and the mattresses could do with being replaced as they dip in the middle apart from that fabulous place and location"
Hollie - Aug 2022
"The most stunning accommodation in a great location. Really clean, tidy and homely and the hot tub was the best we’d ever used! Love the fact it was checked every day. I’d highly recommend staying here and in the other accommodations on the farm."
Sophie - Jul 2022
"Fantastic stay here and hope to return soon. 8 of us staying and plenty of space for all. One thing that let's it down only mirrors are located in the bathrooms. A mirror in the bedrooms would make getting ready and drying hair so much easier."
Marion - Jul 2022
"The barns were perfect for a family holiday. The pool table and hot tub kept our teenagers entertained. The bedrooms were lovely and everyone having their own en suite made life easier for getting out and about in the mornings. The hot tub being on a private first floor balcony was also perfect and the view was great. Would highly recommend"
Lisa - Jul 2022
"On arrival the check in process was easy, plenty of parking and easily found. The park was quiet and fishing was good. The barn itself was spacious and the pool table was a good addition. The downsides you could hear alot of noise from next door and due to this one of the party slept downstairs on the sofa. Although the barn was clean the extractor fan above the hob was covered in bugs in fact was black with bugs and needed to be cleaned and the hot tub was absolutely filthy and we felt that it had not been emptied and there wasn't chlorine in it on the first night but clean on the second day. With reference to the hot tub yes it was checked most days however due to its position ie only could be checked by access through the property it felt that you were being imposed on. The property does need a bit of tlc and would benefit from some drawers to put your clothes in and clothes hooks in bathroom. I would recommend the park however I would choose one of the other properties for example the farm house without close neighbours."
Kat - Jul 2022
"Meal house is absolutely stunning very well maintained. Very close to all amenities we will definitely be going back later in the year"
Gemma - Jul 2022
"Home Farm Park is far enough away from the noise but close enough if you want to be in the crowds. Ingoldmells and Skegness only short drives away. We had a fantastic stay! Sage Cottage was more equipped than we had imagined, having everything we could possibly have needed for a week away. Entry to the park and cottage was straight forward and all details given in enough time. The cottage was spotless on arrival. The hot tub was perfect and checked on every day, even if we weren't in. Having the pool table was a real treat, keeping us entertained for hours! The staff were quick to deal with any issues, and always polite and friendly, even providing additional towels we requested towards the end of the week. They advised additional facilities including a small shop and reception type area are currently being built, and more lodges are to be added, which we look forward to. We have already booked Sage Cottage for next year!"
Emily - Jul 2022
"Beautiful setting the barn was perfect I would highly recommend if you are looking for peace and tranquillity."
Alan - Jul 2022
"We had a fabulous time, when we arrived the place was beautifully laid out and cleaned. The hot tub was hot and ready to use. The addition of tea, coffee, milk and the plum bread with butter was a lovely touch. The only things we would recommend would be additional hangers in the bedroom as there was not enough for both of us so we ended up living out of suitcases for the week. And more fire wood as we had to purchase some after the first night and were advised there was no where on site we could grab anymore. The sofa was comfy but you couldn’t put your feet up anywhere and cuddle in, in front of the fire. Netflix was a great touch, as was the automatic windows and blinds. Overall, we had a great stay and are looking to book again later in the year :) thank you!!"
Hollie - Jun 2022
"Absolutely amazing could not find fault ! Can’t wait to rebook !"
Donna - Jun 2022
"We originally booked The Meal House, but were upgraded to Sage Cottage before we arrived. The cottage and site are beautiful. Our favourite feature was the private balcony hottub overlooking the lake, with sunset views!
3 well presented ensuite bedrooms (with VERY comfy beds and blackout curtains), and an open plan living, kitchen and dining area.
The listing said pool table which wasn't there, but there's certainly space for it!
Smart TVs in all rooms, and a bluetooth speaker downstairs, nice touch!
It was missing pasta/cereal bowls (we ate out of some baking tins one night) and some proper glasses. But overall absolutely fantastic and would reccomend to anyone!
There is a coop a 3 minute drive away, and skegness is only 10 minutes.
Only downside is you can hear the people in the adjoining cottages - but wasn't too bad during our stay.
100% will visit again if ever in the area!"
Yasmin - Jan 1970
"Amazing luxury ccomadation"
Sarah - Jan 1970
"Outstanding loved by all the family"
Paul - Jan 1970
"Enjoyed our stay, just a few little details which are, bedroom didnt have a window, one of the single beds wasnt comfy, the bedroom with no windows we rolled to the middle, no hooks in the bathrooms to hang towels, outside seating was wet so anyone who wasnt using the hot tub couldnt sit outside, the hob was difficult to use , think the sofa needs to be like a letter u, hope this helps,
we enjoyed our stay so much that weve booked for next year.
Thanks"
Mark - Jan 1970
"The Meal House is highly recommended to all couples, looking for some peaceful relaxing luxurious home setting. We would definitely return. It could benefit from more enclosed gardens, on left side of the hot tub it has fenced area, on the right there is vast gardens opened to all who may either take walk or live next door who step outside own enclosed space.( would maybe only take another fence on right to keep the vast ground views)

Good quality appliances, comfortable bed, great shower, it had all we were looking forhot tub, fire, lovely grounds, luxurious. If anything only small changes would be requiredthe kitchenware; coffee machine, glassware, mugs, bowls would match the great property. Would love to return with the family with one of the larger cottages."
Lynne - Jan 1970
"Absolutely beautiful place.
Farm house has been done to an incredible high standard had the most amazing fireplace. Hot tub was great. Cant wait to return."
Kelly - Jan 1970
"The barn was lovely, very beautiful and we had a really nice time. Only recommendations are there is not enough sofa space for 6 people and it would be better if there was more then one plate, cutlery etc per person but lovely place and would highly recommend."
Kayleigh - Jan 1970
"The only one thing I would say does need adding is some hooks to hang wet towels on in the bathrooms."
Katie - Jan 1970
"Very clean, warm and spacious, the only down side was in the bedroom the fan extractor from the toilet was very noisy for half an hour but other than that it was perfect"
Jane - Jan 1970
"Great cottage, equipped to a very high standard in a lovely location. Beds were very comfy and we had loads of use out of the hot tub. Disappointed about the missing pool table when we'd paid for a cottage with one (we were informed a few days in advance about this but price reduction as a result), and kitchen could have done with a few more things (eg mixing bowl, scissors, another tea towel) and would recommend taking something to deal with the flies (not their fault but there are LOADS from the lake) but overall we really enjoyed our stay."
Jane - Jan 1970
"Very nice surroundings."
James - Jan 1970
"amazing cottage - sadly we felt there could have been more kitchen utensils - including plates and glasses
maybe an idea would also be to provide some plastic items for use outside in the hot tub area - we have always take our own so its not really an issue just some positive feedback.
unfortunately the hot tub was too cold to use the first night which was quite disappointing but we contacted the team who came straight away to check it was working ok which was appreciated"
Helen - Jan 1970
"The Farm House is lovely and done to a high standard. The location is great, very rural with an outlook across the field. The hot tub was a hit with the kids, though I felt it would have been better if we could raise and lower the heat at 37. 5 max wasn't really hot enough for the adults... Perfect for the kids though. Could have done with more than one bowl and plate person too big plenty of mugs glasses pots and pans."
Emma - Jan 1970
"Perfect little weekend away to celebrate a friends birthday. Great location and friendly staff. Couldve done with more mirrors and a couple more amenities in the kitchen i.e glasses/pans however the overall cottage was amazing and great value for price, would definitely recommend and come again! :)"
Darcy - Jan 1970
"No further comments to add"
Clive - Jan 1970
"Ideal for a couple wanting a break. The cottage was perfect.
Only issue was no plastic glasses for use in hot tube. However managed to buy some from local supermarket. Ideally situated, peaceful and tranquil but not too far shops , Skegness and Ingoldmells.
Had bad luck with weather but can't blame anyone for that. Will hopefully return at some point , probably in summertime..."
Christopher - Jan 1970
"We will definitely be revisiting The Meal House. It is a beautiful cottage, great layout. The hot tub is large, which is great.
I can honestly say our week was so lovely and relaxing whilst staying at The Meal House.
Staff can be contacted on the telephone and answer any questions. The hot tub is checked everyday for ph and chlorine levels.
It was lovely sitting outside at night and seeing hares, foxes and bats; beautiful and quiet.
Cannot wait to be go back.
Short drive to supermarkets. The village is lovely, great selection of pubs and restaurants."
Carla - Jan 1970
"Good value for money"
Ann - Jan 1970
"Just returned from a fantastic half term break with my parents and 2 children.
We loved Sage cottage, it was so cosy and comfortable decorated beautifully.
We also enjoyed the luxury of having our own hot tub and pool table.

The location was perfect, not in the busy Skegness caravan sites but set just outside the seaside town looking on to vast countryside - stunning sunrises and sunsets.

We could have done with a few more glasses (tumblers) and tea spoons.
Also the cottage could benefit from a full length mirror and some hooks for your towels and robes.

We cant wait to return!"
Alex - Jan 1970
"Lovely cottage. Great location for us. Away from the hustle and bustle. Great hot tub . Lovely helpful non intrusive owners. They have it just right!"

"Really well equipped house, lovely and warm too which was so nice on a rainy December day! Bath was just lovely and a nice big shower! Christopher - Nov 2023
"Absolutely loved how well maintained and equipped this cottage is. Plenty of dog walks right on the doorstep. Very friendly host, they were so efficient and communication was excellent. We enjoyed meeting the animals on the farm and the very curious pig penelope. Perfect escape for us and the doggos. Will definitely be back, brilliant value!! HighlRead morey recommend. Hide"

"It was everything we wanted for our weekend away and we loved staying here. We'll definitely be back! Our pups absolutely loved the underfloor heating and had so much fun in the garden. In fact Luna came home with a strained tail and according to the vet it was because she was wagging it so much over the weekend!! Very happy pups and hoomans!"

Natureland Seal Sanctuary - PE25 1DB

Awarded the Lincolnshire Family Attraction of the Year award in recent years this fun day out is recommended. You can see seals and penguins, as well as other animals in the popular pets corner.  Feeding time for the seals and penguins is the real highlight of the day. Entertainment, education and conservation are the main aims of this attraction. Natureland's work with abandoned baby seals has become known worldwide and it's carefully researched rearing and treatment program is now used by many other rescue centres.
Rushmoor Country Park - GU10 1ET
about 17 Miles
Located in Louth in Lincolnshire this is an ideal attraction when you want to get out in the fresh air and explore. There are many animals to see including ponies and piglets which the little ones love.  There are also some amazing birds from hawks and falcons to owls.  Most aspects of this attraction are included in the admission cost and as well as wandering around you get to hold and feed the animals too.  A real highlight are the micro pigs which are just like real pigs but in miniature.  Fully grown they are around the size of a spaniel!  If you get hungry then you can take your own picnic to the picnic areas or head for the tea room selling delicious food and children's meals too.
Pleasure Island - DN35 0PL
about 27 Miles
Wow this is an amazing family theme park and you will probably need the full day to experience it all.  From thrilling rides to family shows, kids of all ages are catered for.  Some of the most popular rides include the Obliterator and The Pendulus, not forgetting the Hypoblaster.   Family shows are entertaining such as the African Acrobat Show which is back by popular demand.  Entrance tickets are good value and if you book online you will receive a discount. To save even more money if you live locally or are visiting the area for a few weeks you could buy a season ticket for around £50 which will allow you entry for the whole season.
The Jungle Zoo - NR31 9EY
about 28 Miles
Centred around a Tropical House in an amazing jungle like setting this is a really unique attraction that will appeal to families.  In the Cleethorpes area of Lincolnshire it's easy to get to and offers a fun yet educational experience.  Referred to as the number one attraction in the area highlights include capuchin monkeys, meerkats, ring tailed lemur and for the children African pygmy goats.  The tropical house features Red Eared and other Terrapins from North America and goldfish amongst other things.  We think The Jungle Zoo represents excellent value for money too.  We recommend a whole day to explore this attraction and ensure you get to see all of the animals resident there.
Bishops Boats Seal Trips - NR23 1RY
about 34 Miles
This is a really unique attraction running daily seal watching trips from the middle of March right through to the end of October.  The experienced skippers will lead you out on one of the traditional wooden boats where you will have the chance to see both common and grey seals.  If you love animals then this is one attraction not to be missed! They also do some boat trips combined with guides on dry land such as seal watching combined with a visit to Blakeney Point Nature Reserve, owned by the National Trust.  We think this attraction is excellent value for money as they keep their admission prices low.
