"The chalet was a bit run down, honestly. The microwave barely worked and there was no wifi, which was frustrating. We were hoping for a more comfortable stay, but it felt like it needed some serious TLC. Still, it was okay for a short trip, but dont expect anything fancy. Wouldnt stay again without improvements."

"We had a weekend getaway from the kids and it was fantastic! The campsite is lovely, with beautiful surroundings and really friendly staff. The only thing wed suggest is to get rid of the electric meter and just include it in the price. Overall, though, it was a great break and we're definitely considering staying again!"

"3rd visit and have to say we have always had a lovely stay, clean and comfortable, i know the chalets are in the process of upgrading so looking forward to seeing them next time. we could see a difference around the park as well including the indoor pool. i heard that the whole reception area inc pub, pool etc is being knocked down to make way for brand new amenities. the area is totally flat with lovely greens and long prom to enjoy walks and great for dogs if you have them. the town itself is an old victorian seaside with cobbled main road and a handful of shops, bars and takeaways but with easy access to the lakes and towns, happy days, will return"
