"This is my 3rd time staying here and each time have been in a a beautiful log cabin, this was perfect for our recent christmas stay. I just had to knock down 1 star due to the leak on the hot tub the first night which meant we couldnt enjoy it for the first evening / morning we went to get in, it was fixed rather quickly but the lady on the phone when I called didnt seem to bothered and made me feel like it wasnt a priority a it will be looked at when we can sort of attitude. Albeit was fixed later that day. However, some sort of freebie would have been nice to compensate, like the bag of logs we were charged for.. apart from that absolutely lovely place!"
