Where's Dacre Lakeside Park?

Date of stay: 9th July 2018
Lodge was clean and comfortable and we all enjoyed the hot tub. Was impressed with the daily maintenance checks on the hot tub.
Only thing the lodge could have benefited from a bigger decking area especially at the side like the other lodges on site.
Carol, Leeds
Date of stay: 6th July 2018
Fabulous location, best lodges stayed in, customer service second to none. Liked so much stayed for another week. The only improvement this could make is to stop pet lodges as the dogs can be annoying from near by lodges ( barking etc) this can spoil the peace and quiet. Thanks to the dacre team we had a lovely holiday and they even recommended a near by garage to fix my tyre.
Arthur, Sheffield
Date of stay: 22nd June 2018
Have been to Dacre many times and never been disappointed.
Joanne, Stockport
Date of stay: 22nd June 2018
The lodge was lovely. I can't fault it, other than the flies and midges were a problem.
The lodge did have fly screens on the windows but we wanted to keep the verandah door open for the dog to go in and out & for a breeze for us. it was nearing 30 degrees the week we went.
It was reasonably private using the hot tub but we did find the people from next door to us kept coming over to stroke the dog whilst she was sat on the decking.
William, Stockton-on-tees

Overall very good. Sofa in room need better cleaning. Food crumbs down the edges.
Ross, Barnsley
Date of stay: 4th June 2018
Fantastic place to stay. We travelled as a couple and 2 dogs. A really relaxing break and picturesque location.

My only critisicm is that the booking site is misleading, we booked a lake view cabin which incidentally is set back as opposed to the lake side which is right by the lake. Not the sites fault, but some crafty advertising by Hoseasons.

Would 100% recommend this place though.

Date of stay: 25th May 2018
We've stayed at this Park before but haven't been for quite a few years. Was glad to see that it was actually better than we remember it being. The Lodges are extremely comfortable and homely. It's great to be able to take your dog, so you don't have to worry about putting them in a kennel. Even though it's a "pet lodge" it was spotless. The facilities in the Lodge are great too, with a dishwasher for which they provide you with the tablets.
There's lots to do on the site, including golf, pedalos, canoeing etc.
The staff on reception are lovely and helpful.
The location is lovely and the lake is a real feature. We were lucky when we were there that the ducks and swans had just had babies and there were lots of adorable baby ducks and swans on the lake too which was really cute.
The village in which the Lodge is set is very small and doesn't have much in the way of shopping facilities - basics only - but there is a Tesco in Bridlington which is about 25 minutes drive.
Really enjoyed our few days here and will be returning before the end of the year.

Date of stay: 30th December 2017
We had a lovely stay and booked again for later in the year whist we were there. The garden lodge was lovely and clean, lovely decor the only issue with the lodge we had was that the cooker hood is really low over the island in the kitchen and my wife, my 12 year old son and myself all bumped our heads on it over the week. The wifi in this lodge is also hit and miss but both minor issues everything else was faultless.
Syd, Cramlington

Wonderful lodge made a truly relaxing few days. Everything needed in lodge. Clean. Bathrobes and slippers nice touch with hot tub. Loved the walk through shower - great plan for bathrooms. Staff helpful. Onsite restaurant was great - ate here twice and both meals and service were of high level. Welcome packs much appreciated.
Julie, Halifax
Date of stay: 13th October 2017
great cabin very clean and comfortable
Alexandra, Northumberland
Date of stay: 13th October 2017
We were really pleased with where we stayed. The only small negatives we had were that we kept finding slugs in the shower so we had to get rid of them every morning but it didn't ruin the experience for us.
Also the nobs on the cooker had obviously been used a lot which meant the temperature dials were no longer visible so it was difficult when we were trying to cook food.
These were only minor issues to us though so we still had a really lovely time and would definitely go back.
Rodger, Sheffield
Date of stay: 6th October 2017
Great Lodge clean, friendly staff good views great Hot Tub
Cathleen, Durham
Date of stay: 2nd October 2017
We stayed here a couple of years ago and thought it had the wow factor. On entering this time we thought it looked in need of freshening up the floor needed a good clean and polish as did the sofa. There was spiders webs all over the area of the Hot tub just needed brushing down. Otherwise we did have a lovely relaxing time. It was warm and cosy. We were there for 3 nights and on the 3rd night it was windy and we had no sleep as the tree was touching the roof and scraping over the tiles all night. I did report it on leaving so I hope they cut it away from the roof for the next time we visit.
Gillian, Sutton In Ashfield

Date of stay: 18th August 2017
Would definitely recommend this site. Great base for visiting surrounding areas. The lodge was well equipped and comfortable and the hot tub was the finishing touch. No wifi in the lodge though, so if you need it, this isn't the place for you.

Date of stay: 11th August 2017
The lodge was beautiful - thoughtfully laid out, well equipped and suitable for both warm and cold/wet days. Lovely to use as a base to go out from, but equally able to stay in quite happily.
Date of stay: 7th August 2017
Great holiday! Faultless
Andrea, Preston
Date of stay: 7th August 2017
The lodge was as described the only negative was the lack of a freezer which would have been good as self catering so limited on what we could store and we had to buy fresh food daily.
Louise, Gateshead
Date of stay: 31st July 2017
This was our third visit to the lodges at Dacre Lakeside Park and we enjoyed it was much as ever. The lodges are in a picturesque quiet setting and are well equipped and comfortable. The hot tub is a welcome addition and we enjoyed relaxing in there after kayaking on the lake.
The clubhouse is quiet but worth a visit for table tennis and pool. We enjoyed eating out at Berts Pizzeria on site and The Dacre Arms in the nearby village
Roni, Edinburgh
Date of stay: 31st July 2017

Avril, Richmond
Date of stay: 21st July 2017
the only downside for us was we could hear very busy traffic on a main road near us which sort of spoilt the general peacefulness of our stay but to be honest after a few days we seemed to ignore it. we are already thinking of returning later in the year!
Zena, Nottingham
Date of stay: 21st July 2017

Karen, Halifax
Date of stay: 26th June 2017
Great lodge, will definitely go again.
Debbie, Lincolnshire
Date of stay: 23rd June 2017
We really enjoyed our break, lodge was lovely as was the site.
Only problem we found was there was no fenced in area around the field to let the dogs have a run, the field we found at the rear of the golf course was inundated with rabbits and if we had let the dogs run they would have chased them, as this is a natural instinct and they could have got lost !
Jane, Nottingham
Date of stay: 23rd June 2017

Date of stay: 17th April 2017
Fantastic break away in a beautiful modern lodge, hot tub was an extra bonus!
Ty, Durham
Date of stay: 14th April 2017
The site itself was very nice, the cabin was clean and well equipped and the hot tub was great.

I chose this site as it advertised having wifi in the cabins and we had an teens in the party who find it difficult to exist without it! There was absolutely no wifi signal at any point during our stay. When I reported this to a gentleman at reception I was told I hadn't paid for wifi and the signal was very patchy. The second time we complained was to a lovely lady at reception who said that they were having terrible trouble with the signal and were trying to get it resolved. As the site is advertised as having wifi in the cabins I fully expected to have it and was extremely disappointed that this issue continued throughout our stay.
Date of stay: 7th April 2017
We had Lodge 11 which had a good view of the lake it was lovely and clean, secure so the dog couldn't do a runner, my only criticism is that the hot tube and cover looked a bit dated condition wise apart from that it was a good weeks holiday .
Caroline, Manchester
Date of stay: 3rd April 2017
Lovely, spacious lodge. The 6 croissants and the pint of milk left for us on arrival was a very nice touch. Nice decking area with lake view and hot tub (which was very private and was covered with a roof so rain wouldn't have been an issue). The slippers and robes provided were another great touch. Only thing that slightly lets it down is the lake view is slightly less pretty with all the caravans on it.
Julie, Manchester
Date of stay: 31st March 2017
Loved every minute being there
Harriet, Birstall
Date of stay: 27th March 2017
We loved our stay. We celebrated our 1 year anniversary and we hope to spend many more at the park.
The cabin was stunning and with everything you need.

The only tiny down point was I could hear the traffic on the busy bypass road.

We hope to see you soon
Clare, Wigan
Date of stay: 27th March 2017
Absolutely loved our stay in but rush waters edge, will definitely go back again if price was right.
Louise, Mexborough
Date of stay: 24th March 2017
Spacious and comfortable with underfloor heating but not sure if we were in lodge that I booked because hot tub looked different and was overlooking a pond not water. But enjoyed the one we were in lodge 1
Ellie, Sheffield
Date of stay: 13th March 2017
Fantastic lodge, rooms were spacious and clean. Hot tub and outside area were outstanding! Only downfall was the DVD player did not work and the laminate floor in the living area needed a good clean. These are very minor points and overall we loved our lodge.
Maz, Durham
Date of stay: 13th March 2017

Date of stay: 6th March 2017
The only downside to our holiday this time was the hot tub was not covered over unlike the others but we were warned about this before booking but this was the only lodge left so we booked anyway because it is so beautiful but in heavy rain it did overshadow it a bit.
Rachel, Bradford
Date of stay: 6th March 2017
Can not fault anything it was brill
Nicola, Barnsley
Date of stay: 6th March 2017

Great lodge. This is the second lodge we have stayed in at dacre and I can't decide which lodge I like the best. Loved the views overlooking the lakes. Stayed in the garden lodge when the children where younger and they could run around the garden without having to worry about the lake.
Rachel, Leeds
Date of stay: 12th December 2016
The cabin was wonderful - comfortable, warm and nicely decorated. The cabins are far enough apart from each other that it's not too noisy. The hot tubs are quite private. The only problem was fisherman being quite noisy outside the cabin all day.
Sandra, Chester
Date of stay: 5th December 2016
was spotlessly clean ,well looked after , you would not know they were pet friendly as immaculate ,
Anne, Leigh
Date of stay: 5th December 2016
the only thing we can complain about is trying to fill a nice hot bath. the taps keep going hot and cold-even if we only turn them slightly. the bath is so big and gorgeous it is a shame about the hot water situation. there are no instructions about getting the bath water right .
Date of stay: 2nd December 2016
We loved our stay, was just what we needed, lovely and clean, nice and quiet. Took our dog who had a great time too.

Everything you need is provided(except food and drink ) in the lodge. Very spacious and comfortable. Underfloor heating provides warmth. The hot tub seats 4 comfortably.
The garden was well kept but would benefit from a few lights( proberbly solar ) dotted around to highlight it at night.
Overall an excellent break,

Everything was perfect ! The decking was secure so we could let the dogs out of the lodge without risk of them running off ( they are beagles, trust me they would be gone! ) The only grumble is that in the evening the TV signal was hit and miss and the DVD player was broke.
Wendy, Ashington

Date of stay: 29th August 2016
Wi-Fi wasn't great and my signal (EE) was shocking also. Only thing I would change is the fact I couldn't access the back of the TV to plug a HDMI cable in as we took our now TV box to watch movies.

Date of stay: 22nd July 2016
Lovely place .. but a few things let the whole package down ..

1 No shop on site ..

2 The Lakeside bar is far too expensive, ie Three large bottles of beer cost us £18.00, so we only went there once.

3 The reception bar closes too early, on day we were told one day that last orders is 15.30hrs.

Staff where brilliant always there to help if needed and very polite and friendly.
Date of stay: 18th July 2016
We had a great relaxing weekend here celebrating a birthday. The log cabin is lovely with the hot tub overlooking the lake! Lovely food in the restaurant too. The only thing is the restaurant stops serving food from 2.30 till 5pm and no sign telling you this so was turning people away. Not great if you have just arrived and there is no shop. Think it would be good to have a shop on site and the restaurant could do breakfast too! We had a fab weekend and will definitely return!
Lorraine, Retford
Date of stay: 18th July 2016
Have stayed on this site many times. Usually in the Garden Lodges which are brilliant but this lodge was still very good value for money. Staff helpful and friendly. Lots of local amenities. Will certainly come back again
Sue, Darlington
Date of stay: 15th July 2016
The actual lodge and view was lovely, amazing and would recommend. However apart from that there is not a great deal to do. We asked to do some activities 1 day (tennis and lakeside activities) at approx. 2.45 and were told sorry but it closes at 4pm, and as the Receptionist had to get cashed up and closed at 4pm we couldn't. We went back for a drink in the bar at 3.45 and were told that they closed at 4 so we would have to be quick. There is a pub and 2 takeaways in the village but you have to travel each day to do anything. There is not even a nice walk or anything.

One thing there is that I would consider to getting rid off is the hested mirror in the twin bedroom. Wow. We turned all the heating off and couldn't understand why it was still soooo warm! The big mirror in the twin room is heated and my goodness - we struggled to sleep some nights.
Charlotte, Preston
Date of stay: 1st July 2016
The lodge had everything you needed, except for a pizza cutter, but a knife worked ok! It was clean and tidy. No nasty smells. Lots of little flies, but that's to be expected so close to the waters edge. The hot tub was clean and very well maintained, daily.
Geoffrey, Leeds

We had a brilliant stay. Lodge clean & has everything you will need, I didn't want to leave.
I grew up staying at Dacre in a Tourer that we left there, so I know the area well. You don't feel as isolated as you do at other 'parks with lodges'. Brandesburton village is only a short walk away for pubs, restaurants and local shops. Perfect place to stay & we will definitely be back!

We didn't ask for a pet lodge but got one. We could smell dog on the rugs but that's a given when in a pet lodge. Also found the lodge to be extremely warm- in March you can't complain. Would definatly go again.

The lodge was beautiful, very spacious and comfortable, everything they could possibly think of for your comfort was there, toilet rolls, bathrobes, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, all provided, fantastic enclosed area outside on the veranda for your dogs safety, just lovely couldn't fault it really, a couple of cosmetic issues in kitchen that could be addressed but nothing to put anyone off, would defiantly book again

Lodge great. So warm and good to have ensuite as well as separate shower room. Only minor issue was open plan lounge/kitchen meant cooking smells lingered.
Craig, Heckmondwike
Date of stay: 15th January 2016
I would definately say also that it is the best cabins we have stopped in unfortunately let down by the Hot tubs which we found to be the worst Hot tubs we have had on our log cabin visits. But for the hot tub this would be a 10 out of 10 for the cabin..
Nicole, Rossendale

Date of stay: 9th November 2015
Apart from the boiler going off one morning so we had no hot water for a while the lodge was brilliant, very cosy and comfortable. The guy came to fix the boiler within 5 minutes of us calling which was great.
Debbie, Chesterfield
Date of stay: 9th November 2015
On arrival at the lodge we were stunned by the high spec finish and attention to detail. Everything had been thought of.
To be a little critical the decking surrounding the hot tub was a bit 2 "green" which made it quite slippery and the hot tub cover was quite tatty. We were there from Friday to Monday the hot tub was inspected on Saturday but not on Sunday and by Sunday afternoon it had turned a bit murky, even though we did shower before and after using it.
Apart from these few niggles it was as near to perfect as possible.
Susan, Leeds
Date of stay: 9th November 2015
The group had a fabulous stay. The lodge was clean with good facilities. Staff were friendly and responded to any queries / issues quickly.
The only issue we had was with the boiler that kept going off which was a little concerning. Staff did respond to the issue quickly and explained how to reset and start it again.

I would definetely recommend the park to friends and family we had a great time.
Jacqueline, Manchester
Date of stay: 30th October 2015
Lodge number 16 needs updating in the kitchen. The cooker is not capable of use for making full meals. It is an old cooker and needs replacing. The lodge is described as luxury, the appliances should match this description. This was the only let down, The lodge is really nice and spacious. Location is lovely and the hot tub is fabulous.
Victoria, County Durham
Date of stay: 30th October 2015
Would definitely return
Nigel, Chesterfield
Date of stay: 26th October 2015
The cabins are excellent for a relaxing weekend away from it all. A little on the expensive side and for some reason, I couldn't get the ipad to connect to the wifi (although that's possibly not such a bad thing!) Recommend taking easy to cook food for the weekend as well - M&S dinners work well with the surroundings. Dog thoroughly enjoyed it too.
Carol, Blackpool

Date of stay: 23rd October 2015
Best 1 of yr lodges, never stayed in the garden lodge before, but i would rate this 1 as my 1st choice, only thing that would make even more speical would be build 1 close to the lake, so you could see the lake over the fence from the decking, that would be amazeing x
Date of stay: 23rd October 2015
As this is an end lodge it could do to be a bit more private, ie a gate at the top of the stairs on the verandah to stop people looking in as they walk past. Other than that this is a fab lodge.
Date of stay: 19th October 2015
first class

This was our 4th stay since 2011 in a Bulrush waters edge Lodge. we love the lodges overlooking the lake and the hot tub is great esp as it is covered so you can sit out in the rain . The lodges are always spotless well equipped modern and warm .
the clubhouse bar is nice and quiet with good priced drinks inc soft and hot drinks with a pool table, and free table tennis upstairs . theres 2 good eating pubs in the village just across from park 10 min walk , a good fish and chip shop which offers either takeway or sit in and a Chinese same takeaway or restaurant as well as a costcutter .They now have a pizzeria Restaurant Berts on site which we had dinner in one night it is nice and overlooks the lake but preferred the Dacre arms pub in the village you get good home cooked large portions and drinks are better choice and are cheaper as there is no draught Drinks so is more expensive in Berts . you can have a quiet relaxing stay or do, pitch and putt, kayaks or pedolo on lake as well as waterwalkers until 31st October, theres a small childs play area (away from lodges) and tennis courts and bikes to hire. Hornsea is 15 min drive, &Beverley market town bridlington and hull are within a 30 minute drive ,scarborough is a hrs drive . Highly Recommened Dacre Lakeside park Bulrush wateredges Lodges and Dacre Arms Pub and The Chip shop in Brandesburton Village .

I thought the lodge 12a was outstanding, you can tell it is very well looked after. It really had the log cabin feel & look about it and that it was I was looking for.

Ouronly problem was the really strong sewage smell.

Would definatly be back and I would love to stay at 12a again.

Michael, Blaydon-on-tyne
Date of stay: 11th September 2015
Our log cabin was excellent, and we loved the hot tub! The furniture is a little frayed - we had a leather sofa in the bedroom that had a couple of tears, and the shower head may need replacing but these are tiny details that in no way affected our enjoyment of the holiday. This cabin enjoys a south facing balcony so we had the sun all afternoon too!

Shaz, Manchester
Date of stay: 24th July 2015
Gorgeous lodge. More suited for a couple as it's like a honeymoon suite with the four poster bed and bath. However it was the only lodge left when we booked and they were very accommodating putting a sofa bed in the main bedroom for our son. All rooms are beautiful and we'll decorated with modern features and everything you need. The chairs on the veranda were nice for relaxing on too. Hot tub gorgeous.

Arrived at the lodge and was really impressed at the standard and high quality of the fixtures and fitting. The added bonus was the enclosed garden in which the grandchildren could play safely. The bathrooms were of a very high standard and the under floor heating was a bonus. The hottub was cleaned daily and gets emptied after every hiring. Stayed in lodge 19, very spacious, clean & very high quality furnishings & facilities with an amazing view across the lake from the decking & hot tub. Just a couple of things, no plug socket near the mirror in the bedroom & no signal or wifi on my phone in the lodge but neither of those things spoilt it. Fab place, can't wait to go again

Arrived an hour early and didn't think we would be able to check-in, but was told our lodge was ready and was given the keys. We were told that the hot tub might not be at full temperature for a few hours as they are all emptied and re-filled for each set of guests. However, when we checked it was at 36 degrees, so only a few degrees less than the maximum 39 degrees so didn't spoil using it and by the following morning it was at the full temperature. Our lodge was right at the side of the lake and the veranda that the hot tub was on was not really overlooked by the other lodges due to how it was situated. We stayed in lodge number 18.

Inside the lodge was exceptionally clean and everything was there that you needed including robes and slippers. My only downside was that the bed in the main bedroom was not very comfortable, but I think that was somewhat down to the fact that I have a memoryfoam mattress on my bed at home, so don't really find any as comfy as that.

The lodges are roughly half an hour from a number of seaside places, and even Scarborough is only about 50 mins drive away so they are well situated for visiting various locations.

There is a pizza restaurant and bar on the site, but we didn't go in it, but would make a nice alternative if you didn't want to cook for yourself each day.

All in all a lovely peaceful relaxing break and one I would go to again.

What can I say - perfect! I would re-live this holiday time and time again. Brilliant value for money and the cleanest accommodation I've ever stayed in it was spotless. The lodge was stunning, better than my house!! So cosy, perfect for couples but going back with friends in the summer too. Our lodge was right on the waters edge it was lovely. And the hot tub! It was amazing! The weather was horrible but we didn't care because we were cosy and warm in our hot tub! Surrounding area doesn't have too much to do, there's a nice pub and a Chinese takeaway in the village and an Italian restaurant on site but that's almost good that there's not much to do as you spend most the time relaxing in the hot tub! Perfect for a break away to relax. The one and only thing that I think needs improved is the wifi, it is next to useless and by reading the guest book in the lodge I'm certainly not the only one to experience poor if not useless wifi. Everything else was perfect and I cannot wait to return! A+++ !!
Date of stay: 13th February 2015

It did lack storage space in the kitchen. We ended up putting long life products like tins and cereals in the dressing room on a shelf. Check out is very early. 12pm would be so much better as this gives 4 hours for it to be cleaned.

Date of stay: 3rd January 2015
Only gave 8 out of 10 for furniture & fittings as looking a little tired, but the cabin is dog friendly so appreciate this
This our 3rd visit to bulrush waters edge cabin in the last 3 years , the cleanliness has improved 100%.
You need to take extra tea towels & loo rolls. A wall clock in the living area would be great.

We stayed in lodge 19 it was lovely the bed where really comfy and the living area was plenty big enough for 4 people.
The views where wonderful over the lake and sitting relaxing in the hot tub watching the sun go down was bliss.
The cooker wasn't great and took ages to light and didn't cook to great but we only there for a week so wasn't a major issue.
Overall it's a lovely place we stay here again as its a proper chill out!!!

Date of stay: 10th October 2014
Lovely cabin ans surroundings spotlessly clean inside. Veranda covered in cobwebs could have been swept. Central heating broke down and was mended but broke down again and fixed again but remained dodgy for the whole stay but still love the site, the 4 berth cabins are better than 6 berth.
John, Co.durham

Lodge was fantastic - shower was amazing and had a bit of an issue with the bathroom radiator which got fixed within a couple of hours of our arrival.
Only complaint would be that the fridge really isn't big enough for 4 adults.

Date of stay: 5th September 2014
Perfect!!! Very very clean, great decor, amazing hot tub!! I did read these reviews before I booked and "yes" the hot tub isn't under cover but "no" it doesn't make any difference depending on the weather, it wasn't warm when we stayed and it didn't take away from the experience, I was lovely and warm as the hot tub water temp can be changed :))) I felt we had the best one being on it's own balcony overlooking the water!! Definitely coming back!! Thank you!!

Anya, Derby
Date of stay: 1st August 2014
Wonderful lodge, very safe for the boys with the fenced in garden.
Bifold doors are great but really need fly screens as we spent the whole week killing flies which was a great shame and not very hygienic . Some cleaning items would be good like antibacterial surface cleaner because the flies were everywhere, due to the heat and the proximity to the water . Fans were also needed, thankfully we bought our own, it would have been unbearable had we not.
Heather, Nr Oakham
Date of stay: 18th July 2014
Wonderful lodge with hot tub which was serviced each day. The only problem was the lack of drying facilities which meant towels hanging on most balconies..

If you want to get away from it all, this is the place - absolutely fantastic. The private garden was wonderful. Comfortable beds, lovely furnishings. Would have liked a washing machine to wash the towels as we used the hot tub a lot. Cobwebs around outside of lodge needed brushing away (hate spiders!)

Great lodge but hot tub not very private
Ghazel, Sheffield
Date of stay: 14th April 2014
The lodge we stayed in was amazing! It was called lilly pad lodge and i would say it is the best one! Every lodge has its own bath tub but this bath tub was absolutely amaing because it was conpletly private and no one can see it so its quite comfortable! From the inside it is even more amazing! It has two rooms and we found out it also has a wall bed that you can use if needed which fits two more people! The kitchen had absolutely every appliance we needed. The water was always hot when needed and the lodge was quite warm, but you could turn it down. And finally the view is beautiful! It overlooks the lake and we always had ducks around! Defo one of the best places i have gone to! I will return to it one day :)
Laura, Daventry

I was impressed with how clean and tidy the lodge was, as some accommodations with dogs can be a little bit shabby.

Fridge too small for size of lodge, oven door broken and reported a number of times, had been that way for a while as had melted parts of kitchen cupboards!

Centred around a Tropical House in an amazing jungle like setting this is a really unique attraction that will appeal to families.  In the Cleethorpes area of Lincolnshire it's easy to get to and offers a fun yet educational experience.  Referred to as the number one attraction in the area highlights include capuchin monkeys, meerkats, ring tailed lemur and for the children African pygmy goats.  The tropical house features Red Eared and other Terrapins from North America and goldfish amongst other things.  We think The Jungle Zoo represents excellent value for money too.  We recommend a whole day to explore this attraction and ensure you get to see all of the animals resident there.
