Date of stay: 28th June 2019
Privately owned hot tub lodge was lovely, homely, comfortable, spacious, well equipped with great storage. Only negative point about the lodge is that the hot tub was exposed at the front of the property next to a road and the opposite lodge, little privacy.

Date of stay: 14th June 2019
We had a great time and would love to come back.Need to remove signs for dogs on lead in wooded area as don't see the point when it is supposed to be dog friendly site. Also not enough pooh bins on site or places for people with dogs to listen to entertainment!

The furnishing of the caravan was very. Only thing we found wrong was that the cook utensils including pans were very dirty & some covered in grease.

Great lodge. I will definitely look to book this one again.
Anne, Bedlington
Date of stay: 29th April 2019
Nice basic cabin but lack of equipment in the kitchen . No scissors , oven trays , oven gloves etc . We had to go straight to the shops to buy toilet rolls and washing up liquid . We regularly stay in cabins in the Lake District, North Yorkshire etc. and these basic items are always supplied. Having said that , the cabin was fine otherwise . Plenty of hot water , good central heating and very clean . Would book again as it was good value for money .

Normal prices would score a 10 overall but extra £200+ for bank holidays a bit steep

Beautiful place to visit. The caravan park, the lodge and the surrounding area are all lovely. Family and pet friendly. We have been before and will be back, however its quite expensive so unfortunately we can't come as often as we would like.

The lodge was nice, a few cobwebs but hey! We had no hair dryer I asked and they said they would send one but didn't. Lovely lodge which we got at a good price for Easter hols!
Rachel, Reading
Date of stay: 16th March 2019
My only improvement on the lodge would be to have a lamp in the lounge area. You don't want the "big lights" on in the evening.
Lorna, Glasgow

Date of stay: 12th November 2018
Great caravan, very spacious and very clean.

only issue we had was the boiler needed us to turn the water pressure up once or twice as i presume has a small leak somewhere.

nice location of the caravan, not too far from the main area but not too close for noise.
Geoff, Preston
Date of stay: 12th November 2018

First class holiday .
Lovely place great location kids loved it, would go back.
Very good will come again
Amazing couple of nights will be booking again very soon! Spotless beautiful place beautiful surroundings
Lovely accommodation, really nice park, would definitely recommend.
A lovely holiday park ideally situated for. Suiting Windermere and Ambleside.
We booked this for my birthday weekend. We had a lovely time. Weather was fab, good location. Very clean & nicely kept park and good amenities for the children. Cabin was lovely & warm on our arrival & we had plenty of towels. Even a dishwasher! The club house was & toilets were also very nice & clean. My only issue is that the cabin we stayed in needed a paint job, but I do understand that parks take a lot of maintenance. Would definitely return. Thank you.
Clean and well presented cabin. Good amenities and great location
